any shotgun collectors?

im looking at a browning auto 5 made in 1931. 12 gauge, full choke, ribbed barrel. no vent, just a solid rib. asking price is 700. the gun isnt in excellent shape, the finish has worn off the wood (no shine) but it has no gouges/rough spots. receiver and barrel are both free of rust but its a bit dull. any ideas?

I've got one that was left to me by my granddad and it's a great shooting gun. I need to send mine off and have it restored, but when I looked the value up on it, they were around a grand in used condition. That one might be more seeing how it's so much older. Mine was one of the last ones made in Belgium before they "outsourced".

I think that $700 is too much. A5's where second only to Rem 1100's in numbers. I would keep looking as there are alot out there.
