Sig Sauer SP2022

I bought this pistol about 1 1/2 years ago & still haven't put any rounds in it. Would this pistol be good to carry concealed or should I sell it & buy something else?

I would fill it with hollow points, go test fire the rounds, then decide if I wanted to carry it.

Sigs are fantastic guns (I carried a P229 in 357 for a real long time), but you may be out a lot of cash if you ever left it in your car and it got stolen.

What caliber is yours?

.40 Cal, but I can swap the barrels out for a .357 Cal or something like that. I kind of like the Kimber Ultra CDP II in a .45 Cal.

Wow, ive never seen one of those. Ill be damned if that doesnt look exactly like an HK USP. If its light and smaller, Id carry that.

There is also a new Sig polymer, the P250.

CLEAN IT BEFORE YOU SHOOT IT!!!!!!!!!

If it has sat for 1 1/2 years, the oil has more than likely broken down or has run down off the parts that need the lubrication.

That said, the dimensions appear to be very close to the Glock 19. I carry a 19 and it conceals very well. This Sig should be ok to carry as long as you are comfortable enough with it.
