How to dispose of the leftover waste when you host an event ?

We celebrated our son's birthday last year at our premises in Toronto. We invited a lot of guests to the party. There were a lot of games at the party, and all of us enjoyed ourselves a lot. As the number of guests invited was so huge, we ordered the food and the welcome drinks from a catering service provider in Toronto. They told us that we have to buy disposable plates and glasses. When we purchased them, we started looking for ways to dispose of it with the remaining leftover waste. While searching for methods, we got an idea of hiring a junk removal company. Finally, we hired them, and they came and hauled away all the leftover junk after the party. It made us so surprised as this place looked clean and tidy as it was before. If you know some other ways to haul away the waste, do list it here?
