Brandon Jackson will do just fine. Everyone knows the Packers are a pass happy offense and it's no big surprise. Sucks that he is out, but you won't hear me making excuses on his absence for any losses they are handed.

IIRC, he had the starting role before Grant did. And I thought he did ok. Nothing spectacular, but serviceable.

Packers should be ok until they run in to a strong pass defense. That's when I see this causing trouble. I don't think they'll make any great run for the playoffs, or through the playoffs, but that's JMO.

Yep, Jackson was the starter then Grant got traded to the team after Jackson had already been called the starter for the '07 season. When DeShawn Wynn got hurt half way through that '07 season Grant got his chance to play and did very well. Grant has been the starter even since.

They should pick up Ryan Moats (free agent dropped by the Vikings).

The Eagles, Cardinals, Texans and Vikings didn't want him, why would we?

Moats has a fumbling problem. If he could correct that, he'd be ok. But he hasn't been able to correct it his entire time in the NFL.

im not going to say anything negative about Ryan Moats from last year. Remember he had alot of distractions with his mom being in the hospital and he couldnt go see her cause that cop pulled her over.

I'm not saying anything negative about him either. 4 other teams have released him so far in his short career, and I don't think any of them would have have done so if he had that much to offer.

Dimitri Nance from Trinity signs with the Packers as #2 on the depth chart at halfback.

I think Aaron Rodgers mentioned that he would be excited if the packers made a trade for Lynch. They were both college teammates
