Why not? My Mondays at work are usually the slowest day out of the week. Funny because I had to work all fucking weekend lol just to meet Mondays deadline.

Also keeping track cause I might just toss a couple hundred bucks into the picture and get a pot going...

'Boys by 14 over the Bears.

The Bears looked pathetic last week at home versus the Lions.

The Bears couldn't do much of anything against a Detroit team that played the entire second half with a backup QB, and they could have (and probably should have) lost their home opener outright without the TD reversal at the end of the game. Romo is seemingly twice the QB that Cutler is, so I stand by my prediction: 'Boys by 14.

This is the thread? Lol

I made one for the first week also.

we should really get a pot going though... Everyone put $20 down. Make your pics and then a tie breaker for the Monday Night games where you would pick the total amount of points.

How about that Steeler defense? Jesus. Held Chris Johnson to 34 yards on the ground, Vince Young to 66 yards and 2 INT's, and Karry Collins to like 100 yards and 1 INT.

Which is surprising to me. I always see him in the top five pre draft RB rankings, but he never finishes the year in the top five.

Saints offense looked great and sf looked stout. I'll be changing my pick to sf over kc.

Four turnovers but our Defense was sloppy. I thought we had really good tackling against the Vikings but it wasn't there today. The secondary got burned a lot too since there wasn't a lot of pressure on Smith. I think Gay's injury really hurt. Hopefully he'll be back next week.

Brees was Brees. The winds definitely gave him some issues but the 49ers line and secondary really did their jobs. They got penetration and put pressure on him. But, like a the great QB that he is, he took care of the ball and prevented turnovers. Everyone on the offense did a great job of protecting the ball.

Man I hope Reggie's injury isn't as bad as it looks. That is a huge blow. Chris Ivory looked like a solid runner in pre season but who knows if he is ready to start behind PT. Bush was drawing two defensive players on almost every play. No one else is going to do that. It isn't catastrophic because this team just has so many weapons but everyone is going to have to get their shit straight. The O line certainly didn't play as well as they did against the Vikings.

And now we've got the Falcons. After the ass whoopin they delivered this week, I'm glad we have them in the Dome.

A Great game by the Niners. Frankly they should have won but the Saints found a way to get it done.

I realize that being the SB Champs you are going to get everyone's best game, but I feel like the NO secondary is still suspect right now, especially after the problems last year. Yes they won the SB and I'm not taking away from what they accomplished, but had it not been for any of the 4 turnovers by SF the game could have easily went the other way.

It was a really fun game to watch though. Alex Smith actually looked less like a dill weed and more like an actual quarterback last night. I was impressed with what Greg Manusky's defense was able to do as well. That goal line stand was great.
