I want Shogun to win just because I hate watching Machida fight. Most his fights are boring as hell.

Rua will work on his timing... I feel that the fight won't get out of the 2nd round at most. Neither fighter wants the judges getting this one (I think another close one will go auto-Shogun) so someone is gonna get KTFO.

Koscheck vs Daley will be a fun fight to watch. These guys have been talking smack back and forth on a MMA board and it's been funny as hell to watch.

Machida will most likely grind another one out, but I'm hoping Shogun wins. Which will open the door for Anderson Silva to move around in that division some since he won't fight Machida.

That would be the only reason i would want shogun to win.

And once again, i hope and want to see Koscheck get knocked the fuck out

As long as Daley lives up to his nickname and "Semtex's" Koschek in the middle of his fluffy faggot Q-tip looking head, I'll be pleased.

LOL, what a train wreck.

At least Shogun got what he deserved all along though.

Kimbo is cut from the UFC for sucking.

Daley is cut from the UFC for his after the bell lame attempt to punch Kos.

Koschek is a biiitch. His little phantom knee cry baby move was enraging!

Anyone have a pic of Lyoto 'The sleeping dragon' Machida with his eye closing?

I'd have to say almost everyone of these fights were good though...
Kimbo got whooped, Stout can take a beating and keeps coming, Koscheck was a good fight and then the main event was sweet too. That one dude was taking some hellified kicks to the ribs and just eating them like shrimp and kept coming.
Overall it turned out to be a good show...

I missed the main event

But fortunatly I got to watch every other fight.... That black guy from London is a little bitch. His best punch of the night was that cheap shot once the fight was over with. You had (3) 4 minute rounds to knock him out and if you couldn't get it done you deserve to lose. Punk ass bitch is what he is, hope he never fights again in profesional sports.

Kimbo is a slow, old & tired punk bitch as well. Guy that beat him up though looked to be on some sort of drugs lmao.

You wouldn't last longer than 30 seconds before gassing out if Kimbo's untalented ass didn't knock you out first. Easy to criticize from the comfort of your EZboy chair without ever having done it.

The guy had a mark on his head after the knee. It wasn't a direct hit by any means, but it definitely nicked (knicked?) him. The fact of the matter is the guy threw a knee with intent for direct contract when Koschecks knees were still clearly on the ground. He's lucky that he only lost a point that round. I unfortunately turned my head after the fight and didn't get to see the bitch punch thrown. I was pretty pissed they didn't show a replay of it.

that mark on his head was in the middle. The knee MISSED to the left of that gay blond hair. If Koscheck is going to lie, at least make it believable

if you watched the fight, his nose was split early in the first round, I think it was an accidental headbutt when taking Daley down the first time. Anyways, he was already bleeding.

Shogun will last only as long as Silva and he do not meet. I do not like Silva but he will KTFO of Rua, That Thia clinch and knee's will kill him like Franklin.

Pending no drastic health issues, I'll go straight $50 rua vs. silva.

Not at 205 I don't think so. Shogun will have a good 20lbs of size on him, Silva won't be able to exploit a huge reach advantage with Rua's power (77" vs 76")... it'd be an awesome fight and someone is gonna take a power nap.

It's a bad match of styles for Rua. Silva likes to bait and Rua is entirely too aggressive not to take that bait. Silva in round 1 by KO.

If you want to hypothesize... ok... Rua doesn't sit idle like a Franklin or a Griffin... clinch won't work well since Rua knows how to work in it (and get out). Rua is (again IMO) stronger than Silva as well. Silva won't handle Rua's size when he rushes in and takes him down. GnP TKO for Rua, round 2.

I actually hope you are right, I do not like Silva at all but unfortunatley I think he will win anyway! If you are right, I will be very happy.

No wai. Rua has excellent defense against dancing around, funny face making, and Brazilian fool acting. Silva's got no chance!

If Shogun is the man to do it, so be it. I want to see Silva tempt someone and get a fist delivered. It's hard to know what the guy is made of when he's rarely hit.

The way you talk, you make it out like Forrest is some skinny 205er, he's just as big as Shogun

That's the PERFECT match of styles for a good fight. An aggressive fighter vs a good counter-puncher.

Rua just Picked apart an undefeated, highly elusive counter-striker TWICE (first time he got robbed).

I think it'll be a better fight than anyone else we've seen fight Silva in a LONG time. Rua won't pussy cat around with him.

Let me end this by saying WAR RUA!

No, what Im saying is that Rua is a much more technically gifted fighter who is also very agressive. Forrest throws lazy loopy punch, Silva sticks him in the mouth. Rinse. Repeat.

My opinion is that silva will get grounded by a larger fighter (Rua) and hammered. The only real trouble Silva's had lately were at the hands of a fighter that could effectively get close to him and trade, then have good ground work (hendo)

In Griffin's defense, he only has one nut.

Well let's hope you all are right because I for one would like to see what Silva can or cannot do when someone is actually kicking his ass. So far the fugger has had a cake walk, with the exception to the first round with Hendo.

Silva tore apart Rich Franklin like he was a 12 yr old rookie sparring partner and we all know Franklin is no bum of the month club fighter. His knee's will flat out fuck you up. Here's to Rua pulling it off

Machida and you both have something in common, you both hit like girls.

Silva is far more accurate and will tear Rua apart. You guys are going to be highly disappointed when this fight isnt even a close contest. People are jumping on the bandwagon because they still think he is the Shogun of old Pride days and he is not. The only reason people are responding to it so strongly is that because for so long Machida made everyone else look like shit, so since he beat Machida, he must be a badass stud again - not so.

Shrimp'n ain't easy....
