Unhappy Texas Stadium, sad really...

I was born and raised in Dallas and when I was at the age of remembering things, the big stadium with the hole in the roof has been a staple of my life. From going to see the Rev. Billy Graham as a kid, going to see outdoor movies in the parking lot, GnR w/ Metallica, Pink Floyd, gun shows and of course countless Cowboy games its really sad to see it being blown up and actually I'm not going to see it.
The last time for me was the Tampa Bay game, which we won so it was a joyous event for me but, I still will miss Texas Stadium and all the great old memories...

I heard Plano PD was dropping the hammer on the detonation.

yes, a lot of memories there, sure. But it's a giant pile of crap and an eye sore.

Time for progress my friends.

Yup, I quickly forgot about the old place when I entered the new climate controlled facility called Cowboys Stadium...

Even as a Redskins fan, I can appreciate a piece of history like that going away.
