Mavs going for a dozen in a row tonight against the T-wolves

Gonna be kind of curious if there's a few hard fouls tonight because of what happened to Terry the last time they met.

Lakers lost last night to Orlando, so if the Mavs win, they pull to within 2.5 games of the conference lead.

Also, just saw that Parker is gonna be out six weeks due to a broken bone in his right hand. Will anyone step up and help the Spurs keep the 7th playoff spot or will they fade?

Mavs > *

Ok, I'm just being a homer but this team is peaking right at the perfect time. If they can get healthy (relatively speaking) by the playoffs I can easily see a Mavs/Lakers Conference title game. Dirk and Kidd are playing great right now.

True. But there is no way I could bet against Kobe this year in any 7-game series.

GO MAVS!!

I can't count the Spurs out just yet. Parker is a integral part of their team but their so experienced that I think they'll not only keep their spot but make it past the first round.

Go Mavs! Jason Kidd Bobblehead night on Wednesday.

Mavs poured it on on the first half. They started out slow and were down by 10 early in the 1st, but stormed back to take a 16 pt lead in the 2nd quarter. They're up now 76-63 early in the 3rd. Marion is balling tonight!

Spurs just lost to Cleveland - without Lebron. Had a chance to tie but missed a 3 with 2.4 sec left.

GO MAVS!!

Me either but the mavs do look strong right now. Here is something i forgot about. Mavs could have taken Kobe in the 1996 draft. He went 13th to Charlotte then traded to LA.

Instead the Mavs took Samaki Walker at #9. Other guys we could have had were Steve Nash,Erick Dampier,Peja Stojakovic,Jermaine ONeal,Zydrunas Ilgauskas, and Derek Fisher

Much better game tonight..... after seeing this game still without Terry, Damp and Haywood and with Jefferson playing for the Wolves, it was a much better game than last week when they met. A double digit win on the road against a better Wolves team than last week was awesome. If they can just keep it up and play like everyone did tonight in addition to the 3 that are out now I really think they will give the Lakers a run for there money...

could you have imagined this would be the result after the trade?
i figured they'd be better but nothing that would change how far they go.

this team is a contender and will give either denver or los angeles a run for their money. im honestly more scared of denver than LA.

I heard it was just his hand...not his arm...it's in his dribbling hand too, so it'll likely take the full 6 weeks to recover.

As for the Mavs...2 more against the dregs of the league...NJ and the Knicks, and then the Bulls come to town. We should have no trouble with either. Heck, last time, in the only other game Jason Kidd has missed this season, the Mavs beat the Knicks by 50!!! After the NJ game, it's also gonna be time for the Mavs to heal. They'll have only 2 games in 9 days - both at the AAC. By the time we play Boston (here also) on the 20th, we should have a fully healthy roster again... including JET.
