Great golf info...

http://thesandtrap.com/playing_tips/ball_flight_laws

If you are like me you are constantly working on your swing. This info will help you with that process. And it will allow you to effectively give feedback to your friends when playing...and correct others when they give incorrect input. I see incorrect info given all the time on the course...

Just read the first three paragraphs but It sounds like the same principle as to how English on the cueball changes direction/path of the object ball.

That's extremely interesting and makes so much more goddamned sense to me than what I've always been taught/told/heard. I may have to cough up the change to go hit golf balls soon and play around with this information.

I've done a lot of reading lately, and understanding what your ball's flightpath means in relation to what you're doing with the clubhead has helped tremendously with helping me change my stance/swing at the range.

Outside to inside swing plane = fade Overcorrected = slice
Inside to outside swing plane = draw Overcorrected = hook

Simple stuff....The key is consistency...which is where I (just as many) struggle....

Alright, I am about to watch the video. Man, head is gonna be so screwed up.....I'll proll be back in the 100's for the next two months. But so far, everything that I learn in this game regarding my swing, is always a step backwards in my game until I get it down and then I see the improvements (sometimes)

PS: Wonder if the course will be playable tomorrow, we have a tee time for 11:12am. I might have been a little too optimistist on that one !!!!
