Farve has my respect, for getting out there at 40 and playing like a guy in his 20's.

The turnover's were the difference in the game as the Viking's moved the ball at will for most of the night. Colt's will cut them up in the secondary and I was going for the Saint's but man they looked weak most of the evening.

Uhh...who threw the interception that took away Minnesota's opportunity for a game-winning field goal?

Um who are the players who fumbled the ball 6 times where maybe if they hung on to the ball favre would have never been in the position to throw that INT.

That is true. But damn the vikings should have raped the saints if it weren't for the turnovers.

Love him or hate him, this is what favre always seems to do. For everytime he pulls one out of his ass and wins, he losses far more with horrible interceptions.

I'm not saying Favre was wholly responsible for the loss, but the interception gave away their only chance to score and win the game in regulation. Textbook choking.

That 12 men in the huddle call before the Interception by Favre absolutely killed them. He should have never thrown across his body on that INT, and he knows it. Sucks it ended like that for Favre. I just hope the Saints kick the shit out of the Colts, but they got to play better than they did tonight. Congrats to the Saints and their fans.

I seem to recall somebody last week saying something like "you're not supposed to throw across your body like that, but he can, because he's Brett Favre," after he made a good pass like that. lulz.

I don't recall saying anything like that, but who knows I was enjoying a few beers during the game, so I might have. He fucked up for sure, I'm not denying it. It doesn't change the fact he's still a badass QB with a lot of heart, and one of the best ever.

There is no way Farve choked. The man took a beating and kept getting back up punching. Lets not forget that Peterson had three fumbles. The last INT that Farve through was almost meaningless because they were out of field goal range and there was only 19 seconds on the clock..

Brett Farve is a stud. I'm just happy his TEAM lost the game today...

I disagree. It was 3rd down and they had one timeout left. From where they were, it would've been a 56-yard field goal and their kicker had hit from 52 yards in warmups. They would've at least had a shot at a game-winning field goal if he'd done anything but taken a sack or turned it over.

You're right... I'm at work and didn't get to see that series. We walked back in just in time to see N.O. kick the FG. I recant my statement, but I do agree now that it was a team loss .

His team forced him into the bad habits in my opinion. I think he starts doing that crap when he feels like he has to put the team on his shoulders. I couldn't believe how many fumbles there were.

Yeah, he easily had 5 more yards in front of him. I was pretty surprised he didn't take the easy yardage.

Chokes happen at the end of games, when you have victory in your sights and you do something to prevent it. This was a textbook choke.

Dallas didn't choke last week, they got their ass stomped for 60 minutes. See the difference?

The game was in his hands, and as usual, he choked. As someone said earlier, he's 40 and plays like he's in his 20's...yep. INT's and all.

He did! How do you not see that his team had a chance to win the game with a field goal, and he turned it over? There was no need to force that pass, but that's what he does.

Sure, but it wasn't, and Favre fucked them out of any chance they had of scoring at the end of regulation.
