Biggest dissapointment

Now that the NFL regular season is over who is the biggest bust of the year.

Giants start 5-0 are the NFC favorite favorite and Bowl favorite finish 8-8

Broncos start 6-0 and dont make the playoffs I believe that is a first. finish 8-8

Steelers start 6-2 defending SB champs finish 9-7

Not a good time to be a fan of those teams I'd pick the Broncos they choke like one one else last year they had a 3 game lead with 4 to go and gave the divison away. To be the first team to start 6-0 and not make the playoffs over shadows the other two teams.

Broncos are 3rd team to start 6-0 but miss playoffs.

But I picked the Giants. Mostly because I hate them.

I picked the Steelers, for obvious reasons, but injuries were a factor this year. I think they could have picked up a few wins more had Aaron Smith and Polamalu been in to beef up the defense a bit better. Regardless, William Gay is the poorest piece of shit corner in the league.

Ariens and Ligashesky both need to be canned tomorrow. Pick up Weis as the offensive coordinator and anybody is better for special teams that Ligashesky can ever hope to be.

Any team defending the Super Bowl win with a solid start to just roll over and die deserves the nod.

Steelers. By a MILE.

Broncos, because I enjoyed seeing the Giants and Steelers fall apart and choke.

I'll say Broncos because that is/has/will be my team. In pre-season, I didn't expect them to win 6 games period, so on one hand the season was a surprise, on the other, it was the mediocrity I expected. They really need more passion and heart. It seemed like mid season they just decided to phone it in.

There are some core issues they need to resolve before they can play as a unit and win, like getting a QB that is a leader and can come from behind.

I honestly think your coach is focusing too much on being a hard ass. He's not Beliceck. I can't believe he sat Scheffler and BM just to make a point, with his collective playoff life on the line. It doesn't seem like people want to play for him.

He'll learn in short order or be back in NE as an assistant.

I voted Steelers, but personally I LOVE to watch them lose. I would say any of those choices were huge disappointments for their fans.

All I know is, for the first time ever, the Texans are WINNERS!!!!! I was beginning to wonder if I would ever see the day...

Current Rides
'05 Cummins Quad Cab Dually, the daily
'07 Infiniti M35 Sport, the wifes daily
'06 Lexus GS430, why not...
'92 Coupe, minitubbed, 385w, little turbo, glide, etc. GONE but not forgotten
'92 LX Hatch, BBC, n2o, glide
'88 GT Vert, 347 NA, 5 spd., all new from the ground up
Previous Rides.......not enough room.........

McDaniels kind of reminds me of a John Gruden type of coach. I don't know him, obviously, but his sideline demeanor seems that way. I know he was talking shit to Chargers players before a big game earlier this year in which the Chargers proceeded to destroy the Broncos. He seems like a young cocky asshole. I'm just glad the Giants didn't make the playoffs. GO COWBOYS!!!!!!!!

Broncos! Being a Chiefs fan I listened to crap every week for those first 6 weeks from Bronco's fans but that last game made the season for me. Nothing better than seeing my crappy Chiefs beat the Donks at home and knocking them out of the playoffs. Jamal Charles FTW!

For me its the Texans. They had all the tools as well as an easy schedule and figured they would go deep into the playoffs, but injuries and not being able to close kept them from it.

Next year we have to play the NFC East ......At least the Cowboys and Giants will be at Reliant.
