How is everyone doing in fantasy playoffs?

Well I need some major help from my Eagles tonight. I am in the Semi Finals in my league here at work. I won the regular season so at least I get some money back if I lose tonight. Kurt Warner and Larry Fitzgerald kinda screwed my yesterday.

In a Yahoo leage I am down 35.80 points with the following left to play.....

Brian Westbrook (RB)
Desean Jackson (WR/KR)
Philadelphia Defense

Keep in mind I get return yards for punts from Jackson added to my Defense total.

Do you think I even have a chance to make that up? I need another huge game from Westbrook

I'm about to knock off the #1 seed and then face a team with a losing record for Dfwstangs champ. Lanne went 12-1 up to now (I was the only defeat for him this year woot!) and he's down 7 points and has no players tonight and I have Westbrook.

Lost this week in a work league this week. 1st and 2nd pay out so no money for me.

Pretty much the same situation as you Nate, in that I am down by 7ish points, and opponent has Westbrook

<-----Hoping for Westbook gets -70 yards rushing

Damn you. I hadn't checked yet. I am only up by 3 in the other league and he has Ackers left so I think I am done in both.

Yep, had to go ahead and knock you off a 2nd time...you can thank Pierre Thomas and my waivers pick up 3 weeks ago for your demise this week.

In my league I'm playing a guy that I lost to all 3 times in the regular season. He's 11-3 and I'm 8-6. I'm currently winning 121 to his 69, but he has Westbrook and the Eagles Defense on tonight. He's projected to stop at 113 and I hope that's right.

Kinda similar situation. I finished 5th in my league of 10 teams. I'm playing #1 and he beat me both times this year. I have a 103-76 lead now and he has Westbrook tonight. That 27 point lead seems safe, but Westbrook is the one player who can cover that. He's scored 30+ points with my league settings each of the last 2 weeks. If I win tonight, I go to the championship game and assure myself of either $125/$75. If I lose, I play for 3rd place next week and only $25.

I'd really love to pull this upset off as I won each of my last 2 games by 1 point and 2 points to get me into the playoffs. I've been living very dangerously.

Yeah, McNabb is having a big night passing...so Westbrook hasn't had big numbers yet. They might be trying to pass a little more since Westbrook isn't 100%.

Nice...and Westbrook got stopped inches from the goal line. That saved 6 points!

Well, unless Westbrook goes off for 100 yards and 2 TDs in the final 10 mins of the game, I'm safe.

Well, that's one playoff game for me. I actually work with the guy that I played against and he offered to sell me Westbrook for $10 if he lost tonight lol. He was the #1 team, I play the #2 team next week. I'm the #4 team.

I won by .07 points! Eagles pulled Westbrook and Desean with me down under 1 point!

Then the Defense dropped and easy Pick that would have gave me the lead. I was pissed. then in garbage time, they got 1 sack, pushing me .07 ahead and sending me to the finals, lol.

I've been in 4 fantasy leagues since 2003 and I have never seen the #1 seed win in the first round.

I was the #1 seed this year.

The final playoff game started for me tonight. I'm projected to win, but we'll see. I'm at 32 and my opponent is at 30. He's got Peyton providing all of his points tonight and I've got Clark and Rhodes.

I'm having a hard time choosing my QB, I've played Aaron Rodgers all year long, but I picked up Matt Cassel today because he was projected to put up more points. Who would you start?

I knocked out the #1 team last week and took on #2 this week. I'm #5. He was projected to win this week 99-86. As of right now, I'm up 126-54.

I still have Steve Smith left and he has 4 players left, but not anyone that's going to make up 72 points. He has Santana Moss, Adrian Peterson, TE Carlson from the Jets, and David Akers. Peterson is capable of 30 pts and Moss 15-20, but it'd take the perfect storm for him to come back and beat me now. But now that I've said something, watch it happen

I saw the NE game starting and saw how the weather looked, went to put Rodgers in and it wouldn't let me save. So Cassel stayed in and got me 31 points! That was close.

I'm winning 107 - 59 right now. He's got a few people that are going to get him close. I've got Kevin Walter and Seattle's kicker playing right now. We'll see how this ends up.

I have Cassel on my team too. In my league, he collected 32 pts today. He's been a savior the last few weeks for me. I originally had Brady and after he was injured, someone else in my league got Cassel before I did and played him a few weeks, didn't like the performance and dropped him. I then picked him up and he sat on the bench a couple weeks. I had Kerry Collins for a while and when Collins started sucking, I put Cassel in his place. It's been pure bliss ever since. I ended up dropping Kerry last week and picked up Matt Ryan in his place. I was an inch away from starting him today because of the weather. I just couldn't pull the trigger though. And now I'm up 128-65 and about to be $125 richer!

^^^Nice. I finished off with 115 to his 78, but he has Muhsin Muhammed, Steve Smith, and the Bears defense left to play. He's projected to end with 103. I hope that's right.

Looks like I'm about to win the championship in my league tonight. I'm up by 35+ going in to tonights game. He's got Steve Smith left, I've got DeAngelo Williams and the Carolina D. Not too bad for someone who didn't even make any of his own draft picks.

damn, i needed Westbrook to have a good day! I picked up Shaun Hill this morning because I didnt think Warner would have a good game when I saw what the weather was like and it looks like I made the right decision. I still have Chicago's D tomorrow, but I am down like 19 points. Deangelo Williams killed me!
