I say texas wins by 14. Tech has not had much of a schedule this year, except for the game last week. I really don't think Texas will have any problem with them.

I found a little statistic that's interesting...Tech defense has given up 169 points, and they just played a #23 KSU.
UT has given up 157 points, including: Mizzoo, OSU, and OU, none of which has played Tech yet.

either Tech wins by a touchdown or UT wins by 17+

Tech Defense is horrible and UT should be able to pound the ball..

I have faith, but I'm also a realist. Even if Tech shows up and plays really well, it's still going to be a tough/close game. If they don't show up, they're going to get slaughtered worse than they beat Kansas on Saturday and Harrell will throw a trademark hissy fit.

How come Tech Qb's are so good in college but you dont hear anything about them getting drafted or good in the NFL?

Lubbock swallows them whole.

Last I heard Kingsbury and Hodges (last two) were playing arena football. I guess that venue is more condusive to the insane amounts of passing they like to do? Plus they've all been fairly small to be an NFL quarterback (I think Harrell is 6'3" 200ish).

At least 2 of them went to the NFL and has started. And the question was about tech Qb's not texas.

The very definition of "trap game", doesn't really fit. If Tech beats them, they will just flat-out beat them. I don't know where the "trap" really comes in. They are a highly rated team, that won't be taken lightly.

I said "more of", because the Ag's are a dismal failure this year,. and could be overlooked, especially if UT is headed towards a National Title...

If tech can keep the cockiness without going into arrogant they could put up one hell of a fight.

They need to forget about a defensive struggle and keep a shootout on the table, it is their only chance.

Their offense struggles when Harell gets pressure put on him (that, and he throws a hissy, but anyways...)

Tech has played no one so far. ZERO wins over Top 25 talent.

Mack is 7-1 against Tech, 3-1 AT Tech.
Texas is 43-14 against Tech.

A trap game, against an undefeated team, when Texas has visions of a 5th MNC? Seriously? Kansas might be a trap game....Tech, not so much.
