Wade Phillips says he won't change

I'm about over Wade and his lack of emotion and intensity. Mother fucker needs to start yelling at someone, getting in people's faces. Light a fire under that teams ass.

I'll show your president the same respect you showed mine.

There are a few good teams that the head coach lack emotions and they dont get into the players face and yell at them. The pats, colts, chargers. I've seen them yell at the refs but very little at their players.

No we need Jason Garrett. However if Jerry keeps fucking around, he will be gone soon to better opportunities.

I dont know what you cowboy fans think, but I think wade phillips should stay in charge of the defense. They played pretty well. The offense sucked donkey balls but I guess they will be better once romo returns.
