Stars/Canucks game 3

Can Turco pull off 2 great games in a row?? That's the only real story here.

I expect Van to come out flying, so really the game will reflect if the Stars can weather the early storm. This is just a guess tho.

i hope this is a good game, every one i've been to has really been awesome, hope they keep it up. (and we're going to this game, finding tickets for under 150.00 a piece was hell!)

One thing to look for too. The ice is going to be shit so it will probably be a sloppy game with the puck bouncing all over the place.

Yeah that last little flurry there by van was making me nervous, but Turks held his ground and we got past that. Gonna be a damn good 3rd period.

Marty held them in there so hopefully someone else can do something for the home team. The fins looked good and the checking line looked good as well.

I'm getting real tired of going out early, drinking a bagillion shots...getting to the game early...drinking 4-5 of their damned 7 dollar beers and us losing. Nothing sucks more then being bummed when totally trashed.

I will say some Van fans took some serious heckling last night on the way out. I did not see anything physical, but even being passive if someone called me some of those names I'd have a problem ignoring it.

Stars must win the next 2 games.

Take care,

My '03 Sold.

The one night I don't predict a close 2-1 Canucks victory and what do I get? A close, 2-1 Canucks victory. My psychic powers are a week off.

Yeah there was definately some heckling down where we were. But most was all fun and games.

Although at one point there we people who were finally annoyed with some fat fuck in a Canucks jersey. And they were grilling his ass.

Well that fucking sucked.

After the Stars got their goal, there was ZERO offensive pressure.

The entire 3rd period and OT was played on the Stars' half of the ice. When Dallas would gain possession of the puck, they'd clear it out with a wild shot that Van would instantly take back and mount an offensive charge. Turco is doing okay, but the Stars have to do some scoring.

Either way, I'd be pissed if the heckling got too out of hand. That's not what hockey fans are about IMHO...we would be no better then Nashville fans at that point.

This guy that was near us was just being fucking annoying and yelling the most stupid shit the world.

At one point the guy wouldnt shut the fuck up about turco this and turco that saying the same shit over and over. One guy finally yelled that his fat ass couldnt protect the net of a street hockey game and to shut the fuck up. He was quiet until overtime started.
