Mavs vs Spurs

Doubt much will happen here today, but both teams are playing the full cast of folks with the exception of Dampier. Hope the Mavs win though just to avoid any long losing streak of sorts just before the playoffs. Only 3 games left!

GO MAVS!

Got my over the air antenna dialed in for the game in HD and the stereo sound cranked up! LMAO! Not sure how much of a game it'll be, but it's still a beautiful day and it just seemed like the thing to do!

May not be an important game, but its lived up to the Mavs/Spurs series so far. Game tied at 37. Devin Harris is lightin' the Spurs up.

Harris is burning the Spurs every chance he gets. Diop is doing a good job inside drawing fouls and getting to the line. And the Spurs are helping us ever chance they get by turning it over. GO MAVS!

They madea ncie defensive effort in the second qtr that led to a lot of fast break points.....this is the way they need to play in the playoffs and we'll have a nice shiny trophy come june.

Playoffs start Sat....GO Mavs!!!

SA 55 Dallas 52 at the half. SA had a nice little spurt there at the end of the half.

No, I don't have season tickets. Wasn't in a good financial spot when the season started to get them, but I can say with almost certainty that we'll have them next year.

I'm not a fan of the GS matchup. However they're also closing in on the Lakers. I'd much rather face the Lakers than GS

Don't forget that GS has to play US before the end of the season, so there's ONE MORE L for them.... I predicted that GS and the Clippers would go 3-1 for the final four games. The Clippers broke that by dumping to Sacramento today...

Intensity is really picking up now. The teams are generating a little "bad blood" now. I hope to hell SA takes care of Phoenix, because Dallas and SA in the WCF HAS to happen.

He didn't say a word... they showed the replay and all he did was bust out laughing... that's a pretty weak T in Duncan's defense.... BTW, this game's gettin' ugly... might be a good time to just get the starters out and whatever happens happens....

Wow. I've been watching basketball for years and have never seen a T for laughing. Although it was pretty funny seeing Horry laugh at Duncan for getting that T. This game has turned into a joke. Joe Crawford is a POS.

BTW, my sports pants are going crazy. Spurs-Mavs, Rangers, NASCAR, Stars later, I can't take it.

Very aware GS has to play us again, I'm also aware that they've won 5 of the last 6 against us.

I don't think we'll have as much trouble taking out GS as they make it sound. We haven't given much of a shit about beating them in the regular season. We've only played them twice this season and one of those was during our 0-4 start. We'll make a point out of whipping their ass this coming week.

late on that one too. Well if it comes down to the mavs and the spurs in the conference finals, it can go both ways. The mavs barely won tonight and Duncan didnt play the whole game. Will be a very good series between the two teams if they make it that far.

I would not be to happy with that win if I was a Mavs fan....No Duncan in the 4th plus Mavs at home and Mavs did not take the lead until 2 minutes left of the 4th...But a win is a win....Avery said that he would not play starters over 26 minutes but he knew better than to do that....I feel allot better about the Spurs after todays game... congrats guys...

Having Duncan out does dampen the win a bit, but the game was nearly straight up for 3 quarters with him in the game, so you never can tell. Even if Duncan was in for the 4th and if the Spurs had won, do you really think it would change the outcome of a Mavs/Spurs clash in the WCF? I doubt it.

I see what ur saying...but I really think Spurs would have pulled it off if Duncan would have stayed in...cause Spurs did not score for like 4 minutes and this is when they normally get Duncan to score or create a double team to leave one of the 3 point shooters open...Hell of a game I tell you that much...

Nothing was given out for fan appreciation. I was honestly surprised and it actually hinged my decision to go to the game rather than sell my tickets. I thought they might be giving away airline tickets again

I'm glad I went though, it was a game well played (with or without Duncan) and the AAC did have the intensity of a playoff game.
