Wow...just wow.

Tech had a double digit lead at half time (11). Nebraska came back and tied it with about 3 minutes left, then took the lead for a bit. Tech gets the lead back (59-58) with 58 seconds left. Nebraska gets the ball back with 18 seconds left, Tech deflects the ball with 4 seconds to go. Burgess (TT) jumps out of bounds to save it, throws it in, right to Richardson (N) who takes a fadeaway 3 with .2 left, sinks it, Cornhuskers win 61-59.

saw that on an update. Question i have is why is he saving that ball with about 2 sec. left? A bigger question is why is he saving it and throwing it back into the nebraska side of the court??? Chunk that bastard towards your own goal!

That's why you never save the ball on your defensive end.

Bunch of fucking perfect players in here. It was a one point lead, if the ball was tipped by his teammate Nebraska gets an inbound play in the offensive end. That kid could have very easily made that same off-balanced shot on the ensuing play.

I'm glad the kid hussled, thats my favorite aspect of college basketball. Hussle.

Yeah, but a little experience goes a long way.

Hussle to get the ball back into play to run the clock down = good

Hussle to get the ball back into the hands of a member of the other team in shooting range with time on the clock = bad
