Football on the real frozen tundra

Pretty cool article about Barrow High School forming a football team. Barrow is the northern most town in the U.S., above the Arctic Circle. There are no paved roads, no way in or out of town besides by plane, and Polar Bears roam on a regular basis. The closest opposing school is 500 miles away. A good read for sure.

That sounds like where my cousin lives. I don't know the name of the place, but it's in remote Alaska and the only time you can get to or from there is during one month in the winter by dog sled.
