Kinda makes me wonder what Cartman's Razorbacks with the "best QB in the country" are ranked...

Agreed. I figured Texas would drop to 8 or 9. ND played well enough to deserve a #2 ranking.

he is a true freshman, they won't do shit this year, and I never claimed they would, but next year they should make a nice run.

go ahead, they will play in a bowl game, next year but more than likely won't be able to beat LSU or Auburn for the title for a chance at the bcs bowl game. it is kind of hard to beat teams that in the top 20 in recuriting every year. but I am calling out venom now for the ark vs texas game in 2 years. I say ark by 8+....lol.

I'm glad to see that my Nittany Lions are still in there. The Notre Dame game was horrible. I think my in-laws neighbor is an alumni. I could feel him laughing at me in my Penn St gear.

I said in another thread that tu should have been #1 until they lost so I will now say I think they are not a top 10 team based on their poor showing. OSU is one helluva team though.

I couldn't justify dropping UT down below FSU even though they lost...I mean FSU almost lost to the powerhouse known as TROY STATE!

Just a quick question guys... Where do you think TCU would end up if they went undefeated? Even with their weak-ass schedule.

They might rank 5th or 6th but they still shouldn't move past, UT even after taking a hit from OSU or Miami taking a hit from FSU if these last two were to win out for the season.

That's my thoughts exactly. Ranking should be in order of which team can beat which. Not some scissor/rock/paper bullshit.

#20, the Frogs get no respect. I see no reason they wouldn't go undefeated. The best team I see on their schedule is the currently un ranked Colorado State.

Some people don't get how rankings work.

Ohio State was ranked #1, which means they are better than #2 and everyone else.

Everything went like it should have, the better team won. Yes they should drop in ranking, but damn some people talk like that should make them unranked.

When the better team ass rapes the #2 team of course they should drop in the standings.

How the hell do the Aggies get any points. they have not even started thier season yet.

Who the hell is The Citadel and Lousiana-Lafayette...or is it Lousiana-Laughyet? Do they still got that water boy on thier team?

Then they got Army and Louisana Tech coming next two games. Everybody know Army wont be any good seeing as how anybody with any talent is probably in Iraq right now. and Louisana tech?...I guess Coack Fakechione is scheduling these Louisana teams because he has an itching for some that there gumbo or something.

I was damn sure the Horns could play better. It was ugly out there. I remember watching the defense on some plays, being rushed by a no-huddle series and you could see the helmets turn and look at each other, clueless and lost. Confused. Certain plays, 2-3 guys would have no clue what they were supposed to do and just kind of danced around until the hike.

Further, I still don't like Colt McCoy and want to see more of Sneed. I just don't think he has the decisiveness nor the assuredness needed from a QB. He hid behind the option half the game. It worked for one drive, then the OSU defense adjusted and he got destroyed on it. Losing or making no yardage each time. Can't have a quarterback who is simply a football liason, need a playmaker.

I further don't think OSU looked like a #1 team (and this is much to the contempt of my Horns). We didn't get beat by a team that played like a #1 team. At times, OSU was just plain sloppy. However, it's early in the season so things could turn around. But, as it is right now, I don't buy into the OSU hype and can't see them going for the NC.

I'm not sure Sneed would be any better right now. And besides not running when he should, McCoy looked just fine out there. Give him time, he's a RS FREHSMAN!!

I never have owned a pair, but I have ripped off a few before I made the girl wearing them squeal.
