Howard time out VIDEO.

End all the damn consipiricy talk right now for the love of god! This CLEARLY shows Howard calling the TO and walking towards the bench after he does it!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2CI-2...=josh%20howard

How can you even begin to argue that?

The arguement, which I don't agree with, according to Avery is that the Refs were supposed to understand that they wanted a TO after the last free throw if they get possession.

That's a little too much for a post season game. I could see the refs doing that in the regular season for some reason, but in a Loud arena, in the final seconds of a Finals game: you're not going to get that.

Seriously man, watching him call the TO at least 2 times, LOOKING towards the refs, then walking towards the bench because he expects it to be called is enough reason for anyone to see he wanted it called then. He screwed the Mavs over and messed up, can't blame anyone else, including the refs.

The timeout is a dumb point. No matter what the Mavs intended or the refs should've known, they (Mavs) messed that one up. It likely wouldn't have mattered anyway as they still would have to score after the in bounds pass. People need to stop talking about the timeout. The fould and backcourt violation on the play are the real points in question.

Mavs need to focus on Game 6, so do their fans. Focus on why Terry had the last shot in regulation and missed it, how Howard, Dirk and Damp all missed free throws in the final 2 minutes.

Despite all the "Bad calls" against the Mavs, they definitley had their chance to win the game. They just couldn't come through in the clutch.

The backcourt violation is bunk. But the foul decided the game.

the timeout i dont think would have helped.

that foul should have never happened and the mavs should have won that game 100 - 99

There was 52 minutes of Basketball before that foul was called, one call does not make the game. List the negatives for your team too.....

Terry misses last shot in regulation to win the game, big chance there for the Mavs.

Howard, Dirk and Damp miss crucial free throws with time winding down.....

In Game 3 Dirk got a call that would have tied the game for the Mavs and went to OT, some Heat fans may say the call was Bunk at the end of the game....

------- Difference is Dirk Missed the free throw

Just cause Wade didn't choke and he hit his shots, doesn't mean that call caused the Mavs the game.

Can you see anything on the other side of the fence at all?

Speaking only on the topic of the T.O, the head bald ref knew the Mavs really didn't want the t.o. so he was waving it off and trying to coral everyone back. He was actually trying to set it straight. After the other ref insisted on calling the t.o. the head ref gathered the three refs and was explaining why they shouldn't have called it. They even had a close up of him bitching at them. Everyone knows he called it, but the coaches were screaming (not that anyone could hear, or needed to) that they didn't want the call until after the 2nd free throw.

I agree with most that the backcourt didn't matter as much as the blown foul call. I thought in this type of game they would let them play at the end. It was a complete bail out call. I sure hope that the Mavs can do what they did in the first two games and play so well that blown calls can't even save the Heat.

You have to acknowledge the refs to call a timeout. Clearly Howard was looking at the bench when he was making the signal. Supposedly Avery was telling him to call a timeout after the 2nd free throw.

Yeah that final call wasn't the whole reason....we got FUCKED the whole game by the refs. I'll see THAT other side of the fence.
