He is one of our core players and a team leader, also one of Michael Young's closest friends. Our depth is at FIRST BASE Adrian Gonzalez and the Sinisi kid from Rice both have plenty of time to wait behind Teixeria. Third basemen are tough to develop and Mike Lowell is no where the offensive (#2-5 hitter) or defensive (gold glove consideration) player that Hank is. Blaylock is a guy you build around. Corner outfielders, Danks/Diamond, 1st base - THAT is what the Rangers need to be dealing.
