It didn't help that the defender wrapped his arms around the receiver's before he could pull it in...

Thumbs up

Another game in the long list of MNF Cowboys vs. Eagles.

Such a great match-up.

eh? The DB was turned around....he didn't see him, much less wrap up with him.
We were damn lucky.

He turned around, wrapped his arms around him (after the receiver bobbled the ball), and pulled him down.

...or so I thought.

Nah. If he would've caught it clean, Dallas would've been dicked. Fortunately, he didn't, and the DB didn't give him a second chance with it.

Very true.......Dallas played sh_tty last night and was VERY LUCKY to have won. Not that I like to see people get hurt but I laughed pretty good when D.McNabb got shoved down trying to get to R. Williams after the interception. Good thing because Roy probably would have ran his a__ over anyways, lol.

John Madden said one time during a game that Roy Williams isnt out there to get an interception or to cover someone, he's just out there to knock someone out.

lol

What about Keyshawn knocking that safety out of the game? The dude hit him and Keyshawn just brushed him off and kept going!

And I love how quiet that stadium got as Roy was crossing the goal line... I hate Philly.

Yes, we were. And it feels fuckin GREAT to have a "lucky win" after the three "unlucky losses" we gave up this season. The Cowboys lost three games by a combined total of NINE points. I'd say the team has earned every bit of their 6-3 record.

GO 'BOYS!!

I hate Philly too. Actually the score should have been 28 to 20. If Terry Glenn wouldnt have slowed down on that bomb that would have been a TD. Everyone thought Bledsoe over threw that ball, but if you look at it Glenn slowed down.

I thought it was over at 20 to 7 with 4 mins left. Then Terry Glenn caught that TD, so I was like maybe we have a shot at this thing. So I stayed watching. Very glad I did great finish.

They were talking about that on the radio today. Apparently the studder step was part of his route - to make the receiver think Glenn was going to break for the sideline - that way he could shake his receiver and keep going straight. Ball was a little over thrown if that was the case.

It was a post route and Bledsoe was right. Glenn slowed down, that was very apparent on the replay.
