While Coal Creek does look like a fun place to ride. Driving 13 hours one way just to ride for a weekend wouldn't seem worth it to me. I would check out Quachita Mountain range in Mena, Ar. and into Oklahoma. I've driven to Mena by semi, and it took me around 5 hours one way. Might be something to consider if you're just going for a weekend.

Also, with the flash flooding that happened recently in the southwest Arkansas area, I would check to see if the trails would be open. Since you're leaving in October, I wouldn't see why not.

I figured the drive was going to be a concern. Both my brother and I will be on vacation so we will not be restricted to just the weekend, even though I was probably looking at driving up Friday, ride sat/sun, and drive back Mon.

I looked into the Quachita Mountains and it has a lot to offer. I might go there too.

I will talk to the wife. This sounds like a blast. However, we were talking about selling our big fourwheeler last night.

I will be in the Nashville area the last week of September for an airplane event. I will have a day or so after the event. If you can work something out for that weekend. Me and my Rappy would love to do some mountain trail riding!

My vacation is from the 22-28th of September.so the 26-28 I am free to play!

You pick it, I click it!

It was just something too consider. If you and your bro are doing this on your vacation time, why not hit up Coal Creek.

Now if ya'll plan a trip to the Paiute Trail in Utah, let us know. From what i have read, you can ride the trail, set-up camp for the night, the next day ride the trail to a new campsite.

Just remembered, I will be due vacation time in September, hmmm. BTW, I ride an 05 Rubicon.

Interesting! Something to consider for another trip. I wonder how the sport ATVs handle the trails. I'll look into it more.

If anyone wants to go and needs an ATV... I have one that is in perfect shape with a warranty. Listed in the atv Classifieds ( link in sig).

2008 Kawasaki Prairie 360 4X4 with 3 years of warranty left.

not sure man, 5-6hour drive sound better than a 12-13 hour for a three day weekend.

I don't really like or dislike him. I do appreciate all of the hard work he puts in though. I do like Kyle Regal - privateer out of TX and usually top 10.

$2,500 (per person) for a 6 day, 7 night guided dirtbike ride (each day a new ride) includes tour guide, accomodations, breakfast, lunch, bike (KTM 450 EXC), gas, etc. They have everything from a 1 day to the 6 day ride.

Regal should have replaced Milsaps on the factory 450...Windham is my favorite rider, but Regal has earned the spot.

i bet his name was brought up, windham just puts more asses in seats. i am a fan of both. it will be nice to see kdub out there. i just hope he does better than last year on the 250F.

it will come together for regal, it just has to. he puts in too much work to fail. solid kid too.

Haha. Exactly what I was thinking.

Dungy is gettin it done for sure, hell he lives at RC's place, but I don't think he has anything for JS or RV, especially outdoors.

With that being said, they aren't racing and he whooping eveyone's ass so props to him.

Btw, I was at the redbud race and it was kickass as usual. It is such an awesome track, it makes freestone look like shady grove.

Some of y'all should try to make it one year if you have never been.

he can beat him for sure. but at this point, i think it would be a dick move to come out and take points away from any of the guys that are in it to win.

my prediction for Unadilla - JS7 gets a great start in moto 1, dungey chases him down... moto 2 start is bad for dungey, but JS7 makes a mistake while pushing it too hard and has a mild getoff - dungey goes 1-1 on the weekend

Nah...I say Stewart gets the bad start(s) and has to try to chase RD5 down...if he does it is anybody's guess. But if they get out together RD5 may run with him a few laps but if they are 1-2 theres no need for Dungey to race with James and risk any championship points. My guess RD5 1-2, JS7 2-1 for the OA.

I hope Stewart rails everyone. It appears that everyone gives up when they get passed...at least in the 450 class. I fail to believe that Dungey is that much faster than everyone else. He may be more fit, but that is on the other riders. Some are just getting too comfortable with they lifestyle and rely on talent to get them the results that they arent ashamed of...instead of hunger for a win. The only 450 riders that I see that are hungry are Metcalfe and Hahn...besides Dungey. The other top riders just seem to be out there for a paycheck. Frustrating for fans. Also, from the outside, it appears that since Reed cant win the title, he would rather sit on the outside...I called it weeks ago. Reed will get a mysterious illness and pull out when he has no chance of winning the title.

why unadilla only? just curious...

because if somehow stewart did not prep and train for the race your pick has a chance? because stewart might go down? the latter is the only likely scenario. however, if the first does happen, you know it won't happen the next race. i do believe stewart is going to show up and remind people what fast really looks like.

decoster and gosselar will tell dungey to ride his race and do not worry about stewart, we are going for the championship. dungey is all business, so i don't think pride is going to get him. he knows he has everyone he needed to worry about covered right now.

that is how i see it.

Unadilla only for a few reasons - 1.) at the time of posting, I wasn't sure what the other 3 races were because I posted from my berry, 2.) who knows where JS7 is right now, in regards to his riding, 3.) I'm not an RD5 fan necessarily, but his lap times are good/better laps 8-12, which is why I think JS7 has his work cut out for him, 4.) RD5 will cruise the last race once it is all locked up, so that's not worth betting on

I would do $20 per race for Unadilla and the next 2 OR $20 total OR whatever on the next 3.

The better bet is who will finish 3rd...
