dude, it doesnt even hurt, the doc says quote, how long should I stay off the bike, he said 3 months, Im like whaaaaa, he said it should be healed after 5-6 weeks, but allow 3 months for hardening so dont fall on it before then. I will wait 8 weeks and then Im riding. Its like crack! damn dirtbikes

Whats funny is it wasnt a big crash. Ive had huge swap offs from high up and all I do is dust myself off. This time it was just a shoulder to the ground over the bars. I felt the crack as soon as I touched down, I thought to myself, no way this cant be what it feels like, and sure enough, I touch my clav with my left hand and its poking out LOL. First bone Ive ever broken in my life.

really it doesnt hurt, its more uncomfortable than anything. I have a high tolerance for pain guys, Ive had falls way way nastier than this one that broke the bone. The Doc says the bones are in such close proximity that surgery isnt recommended by him. I will have the same results either way, just a little bump where it grows together.

My cousin did the exact same thing you did. Small fall over the bars and had the same break. He went skiing in Colorado 1 week after it happened. He just had to make sure he didn't fall on it. It didn't hurt him that bad either, just more of a pain in the ass more than anything because he couldn't ride.

I've had a clean break just like that and a cracked the tip after the break healed. I was much younger though.
I know my break hurt, but the crack didn't.

yea man where yall at, me and james rode a little sunday, but would really like to get more than just 2 of us out there. My bike is going in the shop tomorrow for new cam chain, brakes and full service. Hope i will have it back by the weekend as it will be my bday and hope to get some riding in. Hey james, dont know if you are into it, but i will prolly order the gacy fight sat night if you want to come over. That goes for any of you other street guys. Could be a good way to meet some of yall, you would get to see the fight for free, and celebrate #31 with me. If anyone is down let me know so i will know if it is worth the time and money to order the fight.

Motion Yamaha in Garland charges 22-24 a tire that is one of the cheapest places I found. That is mounted and balanced with rims off the bike.

Well, since you asked:

2002 Black Hayabusa SE
-9200 miles
-Oil changed every 1000 miles since I bought it in October '04 with 4k on the odo
-lowered, strapped
-16t front; 43t rear
-new 520 (or 530?) EK chain
-Tobin seat
-Solo cowl
-Full Yosh RS-3
-Powercommander USB III
-Small Box mod/K&N
-Shinko 003 rear tire
-Ivan's TRE

The bike runs really well, and is a very comfy ride. Last time I had it at Kennedale, it ran a 6.4 @112 or so (almost a year ago). Since then I've added the TRE and small box mod and a new PC tune at Velocity dyno here in SA. I'm selling her because I am getting into a house and I am getting married in a few months, so I'd rather have the cash. The bike hasn't been ridden much in the past 9 months or so, but I start her up once a week and take her around the block. I have a set of stands and a helmet that can go with it as well as a mesh jacket that won't fit a fat ass.

I installed a handbrake. Man that shit is freaky trying to stand in the seat!
Definitely need to lower my tire pressure back down
and hold on to the left handle when poping up the wheelie, then try to cover the brake

of course like an idiot i try to cover the handbrake, and can't get it to jump up good since i can't pull very hard with two fingers.
