May 15th Shreveport RedRiver Raceway

www.redriverraceway.net

Time to put up or shut up. Garcia boys will be out there representing. I know JP boys will be there. How about you mouth racers come on out and join the fun. I hear a whole lot of smack on here, but not a whole lot of action. Now is your time.

Some of us are staying at my Dad's on Saturday and then riding out to the track on Sunday morning. If we have room then you are more than welcome to stay or just drive out Sunday morning.

Who cares??? he didn't say anything about the twisties. But to answer your question I am actually pretty good there.....so what ??

Not all the talk is on here, just some of the same people. It's an invite so unless you drag race or talk smack then he's probably not talking to you, the people he's refferring to know who they are.

I am taking my truck and trailer for sure. My girlfriend can drive it if others want to ride out there. Nothing like having a truck and trailer in case it rains or we get tired. Not that long of a drive so I can do it either way.

vid: Me having some fun with 4 bikes one with nitrous?

Was this anyone on here? This was today coming home from the dyno. You guys are insane, those are some crazy tricks! Bikes were badass. I wanted to get some pics of your tricks but you guys were too far a head and too much traffic. The first is a pic of them.

Why are you honking your horn if those guys aren't even really racing? It's kinda funny because they are just blipping the throttle while you were going balls out. Btw, the bike with a nitrous bottle looks to be a GSX-R600.

Some people piss me off...

So anyway, I put some "slapaho" stickers on the bike..for those not in the know..it stands for "support life and put a helmet on." Anyway, some idiot that wouldnt talk to me about it, calls up my work and complains about the bike parked out front with the offensive slogan on it. Basically I cant park under the cameras anymore but I can park right on the street! I figure if I'm gonna be doing 1st gear wheelies at the girls, and rollin some stoppies I might as well advocate a helmet, and hide some of the trash in my paint

This pisses me off because I've had older women approach me about it, and when I tell them the meaning they take a whole "well, thats catchy and if gets people to be safe I cant have anything against it" But some idiot dickweed with his data processing job that is pissed off at the world and just wants to complain about anythign and everything decides to call up and refuses to talk to the owner of the bike..insists on talking to my managers...(wow I cant finish this thought)

anyway

When that GSX-R1000 instantly pulls 10 carlengths in the first couple seconds, you'll know he was racing.

Sure. I am curious why you want to run my car though? I don't care really. You'll probably edge my car out slightly. You don't want to run a bike?

I am willing to bet that staticX is jerking to the idea of running you.

I would say more than 95% of the public does not know about the acronym, "SLAPAHO". For that reason, it is pointless to display that phrase on your bike. Nearly any competent person, however, can figure out that the phrase may connotate "Slapping a Ho". This would be offensive.

Also, how does displaying that phrase on your bike help save lives? Those who know the phrase most likely already know to wear a helmet. That phrase does not influence me on wearing a helmet. A picture of someone's skull cracked open does, however.

If I had a sticker that said, "EASTSIDETORINO HAS A SMALL CACK," would you be offended? Trust me, it is a series of acronyms that discourages drunk driving.

Chill man, you're obviously taking this too seriously. The sticker will mean something to those who know and nothing to those who don't. If it offends you, don't look. People really need to lighten up.......

I don't get offended by the sticker, but I do understand that some people may. I am just trying to explain to eastsidetorino why some people may get upset.

If it was some 40 something womens rights advocate, id expect it. But when my co-worker picks up the phone and tells me its a 20something just outta college student that tries his best to hit on her to no avail, it kinda annoys me. My whole purpose in putting the sticker on is, most people dont understand it, it draws attention. Attention on a bike saves lives. Its not like I didnt expect someone to bitch about it. I just figured this guy would be smart enough to figure out complaining about a bike wasnt going to change the world.

who is staticx and what does he drive and what do you drive. I know bikes are fast and I dont believe I can beat any of them to be honest. I also dont believe it when guys post they beat a 600 or 1000 etc.

I would run him for fun, I dont bet money. I know what my friends 600 did to me from a 40 punch granted he was geard down in the front and rear. He walks other 600's, but now has a 10R? so. Everyone tells me I can beat a 600 from a roll, but I dont think so.

Just for your info I trap 123mph and that was 12 rwhp ago. Not that that matters at all.

From a roll, I think you would catch a 600cc bike around ~120-125mph.

StaticX is a regular at Chubby's gay bar. He drives a Civic with a B-16 transplant. He also rides an R1 (kinda fit's his lifestyle, huh?).

I have a Camaro/GSX-R.

I posted this in here thinking they would see and get a kick out of it. It appeared to me they were having a ton of fun. Like I said they did some amazing tricks, even my g/f in the car said they must have had some balls to be doing that stuff and on a crowded highway. She got goose bumps watching them, and I am sure the rest of 75? did too. Not the usually wheelies, but standing up on the bike, sitting on it with their legs to the side, making some sort of bridge: one guy with his leg out and and the other touching it with one arm, etc...

You can tell they do it often cause one guy looked like he was telling us/them where to go (directing traffic lol). They let me over etc.

I can't stand stunters, they have no regard for themselves or anyone around them. And they obviously can't race very good!

I think you would do ok against a 600. I raced a Viper on my Bone stock 600, from a low punch (bout 50) I put a bout 4-5 on him an just held. from a high punch (bout 100) we held pretty close, I nosed out a bit but not a whole lot.

I have a 1000 now myself and I know it would not even be close just judging by how much I put on a 600......
