Well heres the update on my situation(not my wife)

Thanks for all of the replys and the concern for my well being. It means alot.
Here's what happend
My friend and I decided to go ride Sun(26). I was on my 02 F4i and he was on his 02 yellow ZX6r. We decided to go out riding on 157 because weve never rode out there but heard alot about it. It was a pretty calm ride out there. Go there and started to hit the corners. I was doing fine but my buddy was falling way behind. We stoped at the Exxon and got something to drink and another ridier told us that there was still some pretty good riding down further toward Maypearl. Soon as we got about 1/2 mile to the end of 157 there was a cop siting on the other side of the road. He instantly hit his lights and started to turn around. My friend was in front of me and he started to goose it then started to slow down. I decided to nail it and try to get away. I got to whatever road 157 T's into and took a left. That was the last I saw of my friend. I had it peggerd. I was trying to hit the I35E but about a mile before there was a state trooper parked int the middle of the road. I came up on him and I was going about 130-140. There was about 4-5 feet behind him so I couldve just ran around him. I decided to stop but didnt have enough room to stop. I slowed way down and hit the grass/dirt. Soon as I hit the dirt the bike layed down and slid on the left side. I rolled for about 30 feet then stood up and took off my helmet and gloves. There was about 3 cop cars there so I layed down on the ground and to the hospital I went. Its just a bunch of road rash on my left arm and side. After the hospital they took me to jail
Well thats the update. So far the charges are felony evasion,117 in a 40,running a stop sign,no motorcycle indorcement,no proof of insurance.I stayed in jail untill about 3 hours ago. My wife wants to fix the bike then sell it. Soon as I get some pics Ill post them

dude, when you make the choice to run, you cant just stop and think it will get better. you ran from one, so the other cop was bound to know about you running. once you run from one, get the hell out until you get to safety.

on the other hand, im glad to hear you made it ok

It was incredibly stupid on my part. If I would have known the area better then I wouldve done alot better. There were no turn off's on the road that I was on other than people's houses. ANd they had cops blocking both ends of the road. If you make stupid decisions then you automatically are wiling to take the consequences.

Well i'm sure i don't need to preach to you now. BUT, riding on a high bike traffic road like that, you know (or should know) that there are tons of cops in the area.

Yeah I knew we would probably ride into one.
Heres the road I was on. I took 157 south then went east on 66. As you can see there about 25 miles of nothing

Well we all make stupid decisions some time.I did it 10 years ago and got caught but didnt face near the charges you do.
The biggest drag you will find out in the long term is trying to get insurance now.It is gonna cost you out the ass.
Its probably in your best interests to get rid of the bike for awhile.
Glad you are still alive.Thats what is important

LOL
Not a real good idea to run when there are 4 roads w/in a million mile radius and the cops have probably lived there forever on end.

well now that I zoomed in on the map I can see that there were many roads to take. But when your doing 100+ you cant see the roads in time to turn. Still doesnt matter though. While in jail I considering the alternatives.get a few tickets, maybe get the bike towed VS possibly getting away/have some back woods cop pull his car out in front of me.
If there is a next time I think ill just take the damn tickets

Hey proffessor!...if there is a next time, make sure you have the Motorcycle endorsement and insurance! You weren't even in front...you probably would have gotten off with a warning! 100+ on some back road...you're lucky you still have your life! I'm siding with your wife!

Hey man, sorry to hear about what happened, but i am gonna say no one is perfect, i know i am not, everyone makes mistakes and everyone learns from them sooner or later, i can bet you wont ever do that again, i hope everything will turn out ok with your wife first of all and maybe someday later on i hope you end up with another bike. but the main thing is, is that i am glad your ok, you possible got out of that one with the fewest injurys possible, anyone else that would be in your spot would have probably not made it, God just has better and bigger things for your life, truly glad your ok man.

GOD BLESS

Almost every cop I've talked to before says normally they'll let them off with a warning or be easier as long as they don't have to go chasing after them. If they have to chase a rider, there going to throw the book at them.

Well Iv got insurance on the bike just didnt have it with me. I passed the first cop going about 75-80. He said he clocked me at 117 but he was parked over a blind hill and there was a sharp turn over the hil. I know I was doing 75-80 cause I looked down and saw my speedo but I wasnt about to argue with him. I was doing faster after that. He did let me off of a wreckless endangerment ticket/fine.
