"beat my 60 ft"

YA'LL REMEMBER THIS THREAD AND HOW A FEW SHOTS GOT THROWN AT ME BEFORE I REALIZED IT READ LIKE I WAS CHALLENGING ALL OF THE DFWSTANGERS HERE TO BEAT A 1.87 60FT WHEN I MEANT THAT I BEAT MY OWN PERSONAL 60 FT.
WELL WITH OUT ANY CHANGES TO THE CAR AND JUST SOME ADVICE FROM YOU GUYS ON HERE AND FEW TIPS FROM THE GUYS AT THE SHOP HERE IS HOW I DID....

PREVIOUS RUN FOR WHICH THE OLD POST WAS ABOUT
1.87 6O FT
8.114 1/8TH AT 87ISH
12.61 1/4 AT 113ISH (THE PREVIOUS RUN WAS REALLY 1/8TH ONLY BUT THIS 1/4 MILE TIME REFLECTS MY BEST BEFORE YESTERDAY)

RUNS YESTERDAY AT CRANDALL ON M/T ET STREETS 15 PSI COLD LAUCHING 4500ISH

1ST RUN 12:04 AM
1.774 60 FT
7.888 1/8TH AT 88.83
12.243 1/4 AT 113.22

2ND RUN 12:18 AM
1.723 60 FT
7.832 1/8TH AT 89.03
12.180 1/4 AT 109.28

3RD RUN 12.28 AM
1.779 60 FT
7.884 60 FT
7.884 1/8TH AT 88.83
12.237 1/4 AT 112.76

GOT OUT THERE SO LATE I HAD TO HOT LAP THEM AND I DIDNT GET USE THE SKINNIES CAUSE I NEED SPACERS SO MAYBE I'LL PICK UP A LITTLE MORE THERE.

I APPRECIATE ALL THE ADVICE. NO CHANGES WERE MADE TO THE CAR JUST ALOT OF DRIVER MODS. I WAS HAPPY TO BEAT MY OWN 60FT AND 1/8TH, 1/4 MILE TIMES AND HOPEFULLY WITH SOME MORE PRACTICE, GET ER IN THE 11'S

What kind of caps lock nazi regime do you work for that dictates you have to use the caps lock function when you type?

I was trying to figure out why someone at an A/C place would need to type in all caps. I've got a Lennox at my house and it works great, no caps needed.

Linux (commonly pronounced /ˈlɪnəks/ LIN-əks in American English,[4][5] also pronounced /ˈlɪnʊks/ LIN-ooks[6] in Europe and Canada) refers to the family of Unix-like computer operating systems using the Linux kernel. Linux can be installed on a wide variety of computer hardware, ranging from mobile phones, tablet computers and video game consoles, to mainframes and supercomputers.[7][8][9][10] Linux is the leading server OS, accounting for more than 50% of installations[citation needed]. Desktop use of Linux has increased in recent years, partly owing to the popular Ubuntu, Fedora, and openSUSE distributions[11] and the emergence of netbooks and smartphones running an embedded Linux.[12][13]

LOL. thats why this board is so great. if you set yourself up, you're gonna get it.

they are 26 x 10.5 x 15.
I agree on the tire pressure especially since that was the pressure taking with the tire was cold so i/m assuming it was more like 17-18 psi after i got 'em hot.

the deal is, i hadnt ran that kind of tire in the quarter and had only recently run them in the eighth a few times. i had them at 10-11 psi and all that movement in the ass scared me

Thats not much of a tire, you are probably good with more air in them. The best I ever did on that size was like a 1.66 60ft with 12 psi starting. Switched to a 28x10.5x15 slick though and hit a 1.41 with the same power.
