Come on Mike Kelley you have to bring the car and we have to both make it to the finals. That way it will be the last three races have been the same two cars. We have to keep making the small blocks mad. I am shooting to take the class record back. I had it with big bill and I will have it with small pills. Lets show the small blocks there time is over.

Maybe the banana can take another win! Sounds like they have things headed in the right direction. Good luck to the pumkin as well.

The banana won the 275 outlaw radial race not the TTT5. His car is not legal for true street trim. He should run in the extreme class though.

Thanks for the clarification mister technical.

I dont see anything in his post that said Chris won a TS event. Just that he had won a recent race.

The yeller' car will not be there this weekend. Don't think I will have the new ECU in and programmed by then. No sense in rushing. There is always next weekend!

I am not saying he did sir. Chris has won an outlaw radial event and I was just trying to eliminate any confusion.

Hoping to make it out to do some runs in the new ride. I hope I can get a few time slips to see what kind of potential this thing has.

I don't know if there is 8 cars the track will have to. If there isn't 8 cars then they don't have to. So you don't know till you get to the track.

John wasn't driving so he's ok (other than a near heart attack I'm sure), The car is pretty tore up, Im sure it can be fixed, but at what cost? The subframe was ripped out of the floor, and the rear quarter panels are all wrinkled up, and there is no telling how bad the firewall and floor pans are. If it were me I would just put my stuff in another car, probably cheaper.

So who was driving ?

This crash looks almost like the crash in Denton.... the Red Camaro got down the track a bit further, the same tire spin, then left turn into the wall. I mean they were even in the same lanes.

I think Summer was saying something probably broke that led to the crash, not that something is broke. The whole car is broke. It's a bad deal no matter what happened. I'm just glad nobody got seriously hurt. I can't imagine how either of them feel at this point. My heart goes out to both John and Cedric.

Nothing broke to cause the wreck, it just spun around on him before he could get control - seen it happen a million times.

For anyone who doesn't know - John broke is collar bone earlier that day and couldn't drive. He called me (I was already on the way to the track) and asked if I could drive, but I didn't have my gear. He offered to let me use his stuff, lol - yeah, right... Anyways, Cedric ended up driving and made a test hit before Q1 - he went 5.55, considering the size/weight difference from John to Cedric - that's good! Q1, they ramped in the nitrous quicker from what I remember... and the rest is history.

The car is bad. The subframe was ripped from the floor, the trans was laying on the ground, the motor was IN the firewall, rear quarters buckled, all 4 rims scuffed etc.. to me, it appears that the drive line was the only salvagable parts.

Rumor has it, he's already got another car lined up.
