He's the one that used to have a regular 24' car hauler and 1 ton truck parked next to all the million dollar car transporters at PS truck events right? I got a kick out of that and it was even better that he usually qualified.
He use to have a pro stock truck.Its his 1st year in Pro stock and teamed up with Greg Stanfield.Tommy has worked in the racing and custom building scene since he graduated in 84.Super nice people on the team
The NHRA just dropped the class one season. They never really cited a reason but I'd imagine trying to squeeze 4 pro classes into a 3 hour block on TV had a lot to do with it. I do know it screwed over lots of Texas racers. Of course now they have the pro mod class so whatever TV exposure argument they had is no longer valid.
