Not sure if anyone cares but last year memorial day 2012 a disabled combat vet was out riding a custom chopper motorcycle on memorial day and was followed and harassed by the farmers branch police dept. The vet posted the dash cam video and it shows a fully compliant person with yes sir and no sir the entire time of the harassment.
The vet was jailed for 2 alleged traffic citations and his chopper was impounded.
The vet who at the time had a current CDL and was not drunk or on drugs.
The vet went to court in Farmers Branch 5 times before the judge dismissed all charges and refunded all of the bail money.
The vet had to go have his CDL taken off his drivers license so that his perfect driving record would not be diminished.
