Not surpising, people try this shit all the time. Around 1869 Jay Gould, one of the top ten richest Americans, tried to corner the gold market. Imagine that shit. They usually fail in spectacular fashion. The guys bringing the lawsuit have an uphill battle to prove their case.

Glad I got in physical silver about 23% ago... LOL

Just like the WMD shit... this should be another one of those "Denny told you so" deals. Gold and silver are traded about 100:1 contract to physical. I can't wait until people try to take possession of their metals... good stuff. China makespublic service announcements to get their citizens to buy physical from both their govt and abroad. The dollar (and all the other fiat currencies) are fucked and are slowly devaluing. people will turn to the physical metals. Silver has more room for growth, but both still have potential.

I would like to just take this moment to thank the bastards, such as JPMC, HSBC, GS and others to keep the prices suppressed long enough for me to get what I needed. I'll still buy on good dips when I can.

The Hunt brothers tried to corner the market in the 70's, and they also failed. It's impossible to physically sell it and corner it at the same time.

Give me a dollar.

I'll tell you how they did it with only 63 million ounces. It's called the futures market.

Awesome. Are you transferring back to Aghanistan after this, or coming home?

Give me a dollar.

Actually, I have two offers once I leave here. One in Guam and the other in Oman. I can take the family to either. I'm pushing for Guam.

Good choice out of the two, but be careful not to tip it over!
