Obama: Not my fault

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/vid...pport_you.html

Question from Adam Hunter: "When you were first elected, it seemed as though the sky was falling in terms of the economy. There was a bailout that you supported, there was stimulus that added to our deficit, but yet it seems as though our unemployment rate still rises. You said it won't go past 8% and now it's at 9.5% So, my question to you is: Why should we still support you going forward with your economic policies and if the economic does not improve over the next years, why should we vote you back in?"

In regards to people that make $250,000+ he said he's ready to sign the bill that will only use the higher tax rate up to $250,000 then it goes back to the normal rate that it was under Bill Clinton. "I'm ready to sign that bill, I'm ready to sign that bill tomorrow."

Has he signed it yet? I'm just curious. I don't keep up with politics that well.

He said "Taxes are lower than what they used to be."

However, the question was "Why is the unemployment rate going up?"

Nope. The dems pushed off the vote until after the election with a warning of 'elect us and we'll pass it, don't and taxes go up for everyone.'

Gridlock: Tax cuts sunset, taxes go up for everyone. Supposedly a net gain for the treasury, until unemployment goes even higher.

Dems: Tax cuts expire for anyone over $250k, maintained for everyone under. Another supposed net gain, until the employing classes flexes their middle finger and lays off about $700B worth of workers. They have the means to hire the plastic surgeon to reattach the nose after cutting it off to spite their face.

Repubs: Keep things the way they are - who knows long term outcome.

Supply side has it's long term issues, but a 20% drop across the board would sure kick the economy into high gear. But Obama won't do that.

LOL! He didn't give credit to Bush on that one...taxes are lower than what they used to be...ya...who did that Obama? FFS...what a snake.

Oh...and clearly the person who posed the original question is a racist. :P

Edit: Holy crap...watched the full video. He did blame Bush for everything, but didn't directly say it.
