Questioning the authority of the Census Bureau

Do you know the difference between the info the Constitution stipulates regarding the census and what's considered "personal information" when filling out your form?

The man in the video schedules an interview with the Census Bureau to ask some tough questions such as:

Why has the Census Bureau decided to collect GPS coordinates for every home?

Do current levels of data collection violate the 4th Ammendment?

How may we be penalized for maintaining privacy?

Can security agencies (law enforcement/spies) access my private info?

I was given a smokescreen answer that was more a background on how long they've been doing the census. I told them I was answering what was required by the Constitution. I was told I would be put down as "Refused". Then I told the worker I am not refusing anything I am not required by the Constitution to answer. I asked how I am going to be penalized and was told "I don't know." I did get the worker to admit that they "had driven by my house and knew I was home because the note was gone." Of course the 4 color/IR cameras on the front of my house had already told me this.

I got a strong vibe that the worker views me as "one of those pesky militia types".

That sucks.. we just answered the single question that is required by law. I was wondering why it was the only question in a blue box while the others were in white.

I did the same thing, but they kept pressing. The worker said I wasn't helping them. I wish I would have asked her what I was failing to help them with.

My Dad is currently working for the Census. He doesn't care if you are one of those "pesky militia types", in fact, he would be considered that type of person. He's very conservative. I'm not saying that all census takers are that way, but he from what I gather he does not care about what type of person you are. He's just doing a job. He also has no problem if someone refuses to talk to him. He just marks it in his book and goes on about his business. I doubt they are some kind of spies.

Just so you don't think I'm sticking up for the census bureau, him and I both disagree with them needing to know some of the questions they ask on that thing.
