U.S. Citizens Association Member Alert: USCA Files Suit to Overturn Obamacare

Finally, someone is standing up to President Obama and his administration.

And you should be proud to know you are playing a critical role.

Today, your U.S. Citizens Association fired its first shot across the bow of President Obama's unconstitutional Health Care Bill by filing a lawsuit in Federal District Court in Akron, Ohio to repeal the bill signed into law in March.

Unlike the lawsuits filed by several states Attorneys General, the USCA lawsuit is being filed on behalf of you---our members . Our lawsuit is not a case of politicians suing one another. To our knowledge, our lawsuit is the first of its kind and has the best chance of success because we will not be bought off and we certainly won't back down from threats.

We have assembled a team of constitutional litigators to launch a full scale legal war against the Obama Administration's health insurance "reform" legislation based on four arguments. You can view the full press release announcing the lawsuit and the lawsuit itself at www.uscitizensassociation.com.

We could have not filed this critically important suit to stop Obama's drive to socialism without the support of our members. In fact, 5 of our members agreed to be plaintiffs in this case. And, quite frankly, we will not be successful in repealing this dangerous legislation without your continued support.

We estimate that the fight to repeal the health care law will cost $1.2 million. Now we don't have the deep pockets the Federal Government has---after all we can't print money and tax you to death to get what we want---and that's why we're asking all our members to stand with us in this fight by generously contributing $10, $500 or any amount in between you can afford at this time.

Summary of Complaint:

The First Amendment guarantees the right to not associate with anyone they choose not to, including health insurers.
.

The right to privacy, long protected by constitutional law, will be violated by the insurance mandate.

Mandatory purchase of an unwanted product is an unprecedented attack on personal liberty.

Obamacare levies an unconstitutional excise tax.

Every dollar will make a difference in the fight for freedom. We need your support today. As a valued member of the U.S. Citizens Association, you are now fully engaged in the battle for America's future.

I cannot thank you enough for your support at this critical time.

Go to www.uscitizensassociation.com right now to pledge your support and give us the resources we need to win.
