Tax his land, tax his wage, tax his bed in which he lays. Tax his tractor, tax his mule, Teach him taxes is the rule. Tax his cow, tax his goat. Tax his pants, tax his coat. Tax his ties, tax his shirts, tax his work, tax his dirt. Tax his chew, tax his smoke, teach him taxes are no joke. Tax his car, tax his grass, tax the roads he must pass. Tax his food, tax his drink, tax him if he tries to think. Tax his sodas, tax his beers, If he cries, tax his tears. Tax his bills, tax his gas, tax his notes, tax his cash. Tax him good and let him know that after taxes, he has no dough. If he hollers, tax him more, tax him until he’s good and sore. Tax his coffin, tax his grave, tax the sod in which he lays. Put these words upon his tomb, “Taxes drove me to my doom!”And when he’s gone, we won’t relax, we’ll still be after the inheritance tax.

Not sure about her.

Here is the whole of section A that she says only makes government employees subject to levy, doesn't sound like she is correct, but I am no law/tax expert.

Quote:
Sec. 6331. Levy and distraint

(a) Authority of Secretary
If any person liable to pay any tax neglects or refuses to pay
the same within 10 days after notice and demand, it shall be lawful
for the Secretary to collect such tax
(and such further sum as
shall be sufficient to cover the expenses of the levy) by levy upon
all property and rights to property
(except such property as is
exempt under section 6334) belonging to such person or on which
there is a lien provided in this chapter for the payment of such
tax.
Levy may be made upon the accrued salary or wages of any
officer, employee, or elected official, of the United States, the
District of Columbia, or any agency or instrumentality of the
United States or the District of Columbia, by serving a notice of
levy on the employer (as defined in section 3401(d)) of such
officer, employee, or elected official. If the Secretary makes a
finding that the collection of such tax is in jeopardy, notice and
demand for immediate payment of such tax may be made by the
Secretary and, upon failure or refusal to pay such tax, collection
thereof by levy shall be lawful without regard to the 10-day period
provided in this section.
(b) Seizure and sale of property
The term ''levy'' as used in this title includes the power of
distraint and seizure by any means. Except as otherwise provided
in subsection (e), a levy shall extend only to property possessed
and obligations existing at the time thereof. In any case in which
the Secretary may levy upon property or rights to property, he may
seize and sell such property or rights to property (whether real or
personal, tangible or intangible).

Basically, if you fill out any IRS form (I9, 1040) your under contract and they have you. Only way around it is if you work for yourself. There is no law that can force you to pay unless you sign the contract and no one will hire you without filling out one of these forms.
It is fucking BS and the money does not go to our country.

I cannot conceive of a God who rewards and punishes his creatures, or has a will of the kind that we experience ourselves.

She's confusing in that part. I don't know if she is saying the forms they sent out to people didn't have a section A, or the Manual the IRS agents had didn't have that section in it?

The biggest issue for myself is the 16th Amendment, which HASN'T been properly amended like the IRS and media claim it has. I even have a transcript from a court case where a Judge acknowledges it hasn't been properly ratified, but basically says good luck fighting it. Let me dig through my shit and find it. Here's a site with someone who has been battling the IRS and big bro. http://www.wethepeoplefoundation.org/ I'll link that court transcript as soon as I find it.
