Excited. It extends coverage to 32 million Americans who lack it and bans insurers from denying coverage on the basis of pre-existing medical conditions. This is a tremendous step forward for the nation.

Angry. This legislation will harm the economy while mandating a government takeover of the health care system.

I don't know what to feel. I'm happy that more Americans will be insured, but don't think that anyone should be required to purchase coverage under the threat of costly penalties.

I wonder why the percentage is so high. If you actually pay into the federal tax system, you are in the minority.

That is B.S.

Granted the pay check is written by the larger company's, but it is passed on to the consumer. That would be all of us!
'
And if they are passing it on. How much are they paying?

It isn't anything like that at all. Are you just spouting off phrases you remember from Government class trying to look smart? We have plenty of representation. Those fuckwads just sold us down the river!

dude.when the majority of americans are "against" something and the pres. along wigth senators and state reps keep pushing the issue and get it passed by backroom deals, that is lack of representation.

this goverment is no longer working for the people or this bill would have been floored along time ago.

of course they sold us down the river.complete lack of representation on the parts of all these folks.

You are exactly right, we could never expect bastions of liberal thought such as Massachusetts vote in a Republican. Oh wait...

Even bastions of liberal thought have their middle of the road voters along with their far right democrats (old school dems). They are going to turn out in droves to vote these cocksuckers out of office in November.

Personally I can't wait to see it, the Democrats have aligned their entire party with radicals who don't even belong in this country.

Yeah, right up until Obama suspends/halts the November elections, so that he and his chronies can "hammer out the details" of this clusterfuck of a bill they just passed.

Yes, I'm well aware of how absurd that sounds. But quite honestly, look at how absurd everythig else he has done sounded, prior to him pulling the trigger.

Personally, I think that ALL the politicians are of like mind, just with different approaches toward the same goal, which is total control. It has been said before that they will GLADLY give up control for a cycle or two if they are able to achieve more control now. It won't be repealed. They vote it in, we take back control and calm our asses down, then in another eight years they sink their teeth back into the jugular that they pierced today and take a little more.

Watch. Wait. And see.
