ATF hard at work confiscating toy guns

Nice to see our tax money being used to take down serious toy gun problems. Surely there is something more important they can be doing. http://www.koinlocal6.com/content/ne...eRrqgIQaA.cspx

Our government needs our help, they have an addiction. Our government is addicted to our money. Since they always have our best interest at heart it's time we return the favor. We need to have an intervention, for the governments own good of course. It's just irresponsible for us to let people with a known money addiction continue to handle our money. Lets have an intervention now so we can help these sick individuals.

Whats funny is the ATF agent says the guns were not tip painted orange. I always found that the stupidest thing to do to determine what was a real gun and what was fake. What would stop a criminal to just paint his real gun with an orange tip to fool police?

Red and White 98R1...Look now cause in a second I'm gonna pass you

You can pass me now, sold the bike =(

I had a homeland security agent bring pics of an AK airsoft and bring in an AR airsoft that used what looked to be an actual receiver

The AK had Russian markings was made of stamped sheet metal and had all three holes for the FCG Pic made it look very usable

The had a aluminum receiver with threaded buffer tube, mag cutout was complete and looked like it would work, FCG area was cut completely like a 16 would be and there was a pin where the sear would go. I didn't take any measurements or hardness tests but it sure looked ready to take a 16 kit once stripped.

The AR was so realistic it has colt markings, s/n and the "for gov/law enf only" on the right side

So what if it can be converted to a real gun. Isn't it legal to buy the real gun?

Oh wait, this is the federal government we are talking about...

Exactly. They are overreacting and trying to convince the idiots they served a purpose.

Good to know though, I'll stock up on airsoft rifles and machine my own parts.
