McCain backs Obama in a corner live

This is a video, so if it needs to be moved that is fine, but it seemed more appropriate here.

McCain confronts Obama in front of everyone and is completely brushed off.

Fast forward to 141:00

Dance Obama....dance.......

No lag at all for me.

McCain asked a long series of questions about certain states getting favorable treatment, why was the plan designed behind closed doors when he promised transparency 8 times, and why this was the first session CSPAN was allowed to film, blah blah blah. He questioned all the pork, Obama going back on several promises, etc.

Obama responded "We can have a debate about healthcare, or how we legislate. I'm sure the American people care about how we are going to help them, more." Not exact, but that sums it up. Completely ignored his questions, and even got pompous saying "We're not campaigning anymore, John. The election is over"

That is a pretty good summation. The arrogance of this man is constantly amazing me.

Yea, refreshed and came up fine with no lag.

It's bullshit, complete fucking bullshit.
You can tell he was upset to be asked about it with the response he gave. I liked the "i'm reminded every day" retort.

Cliff notes: Obama "The elections over and I am the dictator now, ah ah ah ah and fuck what the peasants want."

You can't fix stupid, but you can vote it out.

The Dems are looking really uninformed and totally out-gunned. I'm shocked Obama opened himself up for this. The Reps know his "bill" (and it's ramifications)better than he does.

His bill is going down in flames. Maybe we will get something good after all. Like limited malpractice suits to drive the total costs down for everyone involved. I'm of the opinion that the bottom feeding parasitic lawyers are pretty much totally at fault for any problem we may be having with healthcare costs. Make it to where doctors and nurses don't have to live in fear, and watch the costs go down.

Well, that is what it appears to be doing right now, but the dems have announced that they will attempt the reconciliation process starting Monday (I believe).

I will believe this debaucle is dead when they quit having these meetings and trying to push it. This is definately NOT the reform we need.

Ya...now my fear is the reconciliation. Obama, Pelosi and Reid are doing to do whatever it takes to push this through. American people be damned.

That right there should tell anyone what kind of man he really is. If he gave a shit about the american people, that childish remark would not be what came out of his mouth. It would have been something else like "Well you know what, you're right. The question is, how can we turn this to the maximum benefit of the American people." Instead he proves once more that he is not even a man, but a sniveling kid.

A senator questioning the President about pork? That's pretty funny actually, and hypocritical.

I'm not defending Obama here but this is the same bullshit rhetoric every politician spews. He'll do like any other President seeking a 2nd term and wait until said 2nd term before giving any real answers. Then he'll get grilled even harder a la Bush.

Our political system is fucking retarded.

Here is one, though he will deny it. The evidence is there to show he defends him at every turn, but like I said he will deny it. Enjoy!

LOL, when you have to say "I'm not defending him here but...." it pretty much means you know you are about to say something that is defending him. I will have to add another to the growing list of those who are too stupid to know when they are providing evidence of their own stupidity if you keep this up dude.

Surely you know by now that any US prez, regardless of what party he represents, is going to catch all manner of shit from all manner of people. Thats just something thats part of his life. If it was a republican, I would be attacking his corruption as well. Obama is just particularly good at making himself look like a clown, that's all. He's easy to pick on.

Meh. I just found it funny that McCain, a senator, would grill the President over pork spending when he's one of the people responsible for it -- yet no one decided to point that out. It's all about making Obama look stupid.

Show me all the pork McCain has added to various bills, then show me all the pork Obama has added to bills. Just those 2. And if you want to use McCain's entire career to Obama's 4 years in the Senate, then go ahead. I'm interested in seeing those numbers.

That info is pretty irrelevant considering Obama isn't a senator anymore. And grilling the President about "pork" when it's your branch that's throwing all the pork into the bill is ridiculous. Every congressmen does it but that doesn't make it OK.

Other than from your ass, where are you pulling all this crap from? I want proof of your accusation that the Republicans are "throwing ALL the pork" or even the majority into the bill.

How is it irrelevant? I want to compare Obama's pork additions to McCain's. If you weren't such a liberal cock holster you would see that I am giving Obama a HUGE advantage by only comparing Obama's 4 years to McCain's 25+.

Here is a little of what I found. I don't know if it's complete, but it's a start. I've never seen this info, so it's good to get it out. I also don't know how accurate this is as it seems to come from blogs.

McCain's pork additions -
2003 $14.3M to create a buffer zone around Luke AFB in AZ.
2006 $10M to University of Arizona to build an academic center named after late Supreme Court Chief Justice William Rehnquist.
1992 $5M for Nogales wastewater project

Obama's pork additions -
The only one I am going to mention is the $787B "Stimulus" bill from 2009. The bill is laden with pork, which is nothing but leftover earmarks that Obama did not get pushed through while in the Senate.

Again, probably not a complete list, but you get the idea.

Obama certainly doesn't need any help in looking stupid. His own mouth does enough of that for him.

First I need you to point out where I said Republicans are throwing anything anywhere. I don't think I've even said the word "republican" in this thread (well until now lolz).

Step away from the koolaid for a minute and read slower.

It's irrelevant because you're just playing the fucking blame-game. I don't care WHO did what with pork spending. What I'm saying is that it's the senators and legislators that are putting the pork into bills, not the President. If McCain wants to grill someone for pork spending, it should be his own branch of government or the legislators. The only reason he has to grill the President over pork spending is because it makes red koolaid drinking asshats like you all happy in the pants. It sure as hell isn't helping make progress.

Clarify what? It's not my fault you can't read lol. I didn't say anything complex or open to interpretation.

Edit: I just re-read what I posted like 5 times and honestly can't figure out where you got your answer. I didn't say anything about Republicans putting pork in anything. I didn't even say McCain did. There's nothing there to "clarify" for you.
