Our government needs our help, they have an addiction. Our government is addicted to our money. Since they always have our best interest at heart it's time we return the favor. We need to have an intervention, for the governments own good of course. It's just irresponsible for us to let people with a known money addiction continue to handle our money. Lets have an intervention now so we can help these sick individuals.

All men should know Honor first, above all else!

Honor is not holding your hand out for something you did not earn.
Honor is not forcing your ideas, or belief on others.
Honor is not something given to you by way of job, or title.

Honor is learned, earned, practiced and respected by all decent men and women.

You voted for Medina, who served as interim Texas coordinator for the Campaign for Liberty? The organization start to get Ron Paul into office? She's in essence, as you put it, a "RP nuthugger."

Voted for Medina this morning and while I was voting, every person who came in the door wanted a Republican primary ballot. It was awesome!

It sure will be interesting to see how many voted in each primary.

I've said it every 4 years on this board, and you guys seem to not get it . . .

The Governor of Texas has the least power of any other office in the Texas government.

So it doesn't matter what their "promises" are. The Governor of Texas has NO CONTROL over Education, or any other issue for that matter.

AND FOR GOD'S SAKE, the governor of Texas CAN NOT DO SECEDE FROM THE UNION!!!! The State of Texas CAN NOT SECEDE FROM THE UNION!!!! So if that's why you're voting for Medina, quit being an idiot.

So my question is why isn't there a "Lieutenant Governor Election" thread? That's the more important executive office.

Please post up the name of anyone on this board who is only voting for Medina because she is planning to secede from the union. I will join you in mocking them. Until then, I will mock you for claiming BS that doesn't exist that I have seen, just like a typical liberal liar.

I know exactly what you've said about RP supporters without looking it up. You call anyone who supports him (and even me for saying I'd vote for him over McCain or Obama) an "RP Nuthugger." She supported him, therefore, by your definition, she's an RP Nuthugger. And you're voting for her.

Your hypocrisy is hysterical.

You claim to know things that you obviously do not. Have you ever had anyone tell you that before? I bet I am not the first and won't be the last. The nuthugger label goes to those who still pine for him and claim he would have saved the country even though he is a life long polititican and part of the past problems, all the while they claim they want all lifelong politicians voted out. Now there is some hypocrisy! "All politicians are bad except for the one I support, RP!"

If I still pined for Fred Thompson a year and a half after Obama won I would be a FT nuthugger. Who knows, maybe even you will see it now.

You are in your own little world my liberal idiot friend.

There's a difference between RP and lifelong politicians. Go back and look at his voting record and show me where he's ever deviated from true conservative principles or voted for his own interests. That's what separates him from lifelong politicians. So no, it's not really that hypocritical because he's different.
