This could have been very bad

I wonder when the Obama Administration is going to realize we're at war and this could have been much more serious.

Security Breach at Obama's State Dinner

The first official State Dinner of the Obama era was a glittering event with so many guests that it was held in a tent.

Nearly 340 diners were squeezed on the south lawn, twice as many as would have fit in the state dining room.

Michelle Obama said, “even with a big house, like the white house, there's only so many people we could invite.”

However, there was a definite guest list. It included Hollywood A-listers like Steven Spielberg, Blair Underwood, Alfre Woodard, and M. Night Shaymalan and Capitol Hill bigwigs like Senator John Kerry and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

The guest list did not include a pair named Michaele Salahi and Tareq Salahi. But that didn't keep them away. A apparently neither did the secret service.

Brad Garrett, ABC News’ security consultant explains it is reasonable that they could sneak through security, "it's a state dinner, a couple shows up they are dressed - engage in conversation - but apparently they were able to convince security people."

The Salahis posted on their Facebook page pictures with the vice president, White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel even Good Morning America anchor Robin Roberts.

The White House told ABC News "it's clear they weren't on the list and weren't invited." The couple are Washington socialites under consideration for a role in the upcoming reality show "Real Housewives of DC."

The Secret Service is investigating whether the Salahi's committed a crime. While the couple did go through metal detectors and were not carrying weapons, the Secret Service acknowledges that procedures weren't properly followed.

They can't even guard the front door to the white house, and we're supposed to rely on these people for safety. LMFAO

Our government needs our help, they have an addiction. Our government is addicted to our money. Since they always have our best interest at heart it's time we return the favor. We need to have an intervention, for the governments own good of course. It's just irresponsible for us to let people with a known money addiction continue to handle our money. Lets have an intervention now so we can help these sick individuals.

People like the Salahis are the ones influencing our leaders with narcissistic bullshit schemes that are meant to be for our good. These motherfuckers fake their way through life, and rely on others to make their living, yet they seem to know what's best for us as a nation because they were able to get into one of the biggest parties in the United States.

You know Joe Biden was listening intently to her every word with her blue eyes glistening in the chandelier light as her scuplted smile utters stupidity three levels above his intelligence.

How can there be a crime for trying to get into the party and succeeding? If they had been told to leave and didn't I could see that being a crime.

If you like the IRS, DMV and the Post Office, you will love Obamacare!

I have to agree with a quote from former Treasury Secretary William E. Simon: "Bad politicians are sent to Washington by good people who don't vote."

Is it possible this is just an example of the secret service NOT wanted to protect the president?
