IAEA now says Iran can build...

a nuclear weapon. So if Obama decides to take miliatry action (yeah right!) against them since he said we cannot have Iran with nuclear weapons, is he responsible if the IAEA is wrong? What if he waits and the majority of countries agree, most Democrats and Republicans support him, he then attacks after he is convinced they have nuclear capability and then it turns out after he attacks they were all wrong?

Hmmmm, will he be labeled a liar by the far left?

No, the far left will still regard him as their messiah and say that he could do no wrong.

I believe a fellow hussein invaded iran back in 1980. So if history repeats itself, obammy might attack Iran.

Obama isn't going to attack shit. He's a pacifist, and his world apology tour proved it.

The jews, however, are in a tough spot with iran. They would dearly love to bomb irans nuclear capability back to pre 1940's technology, but they need US munitions (bunker busters and deep burrowing bomb technology) and US assistance (refueling and overflight rules are issues) to do it. Obama will never approve it, until an iranian nuke explodes above Israel.

Additionally, russia is selling iran defense weapons systems, futher muddying the political waters.

If Israel decides to attack iran they will do it on their own, with no political support from the US and they will likely be harshly criticized for the attack from the world at large.

Israel is F'd...

If Ahmadeni-nutjob can make a nuke... he doesn't need a delivery system... He already has hundreds of them.... homicide bombers....

All it takes is one van to get through a checkoint.... due to Israel's small size, it wouldn't take that many...

Of course, Israel could take out the infrastructure first... but would they get all of the material?

I doubt it...

The only hope they have at this point, is to stave off the inevitable long enough for us to get Barry out of office....

Without support, Israel is doomed.... and of course they are Jews... so no one in the world gives a fuck I guess..... when there is a big mushroom cloud over Jerusalem, I really hope Barry feels satisfied... cause it will be his fault....

I just hope if/when this happens, Israel has the nutsack to send what nukes they have and level Iran, crater every fucking city and populated area there, completely 'salt the earth' and make it un-inhabitable for years to come.

17 September 2009 | With respect to a recent media report, the IAEA reiterates that it has no concrete proof that there is or has been a nuclear weapon programme in Iran.

http://www.iaea.org/NewsCenter/News/2009/bog070909.html

The Director General reported that although the Islamic Republic of Iran has cooperated with the Agency on some issues, several critical areas remain unaddressed.

"Iran has not suspended its enrichment related activities or its work on heavy water related projects as required by the Security Council, nor has Iran implemented the Additional Protocol. Likewise, Iran has not cooperated with the Agency in connection with the remaining issues, detailed fully and completely in the Agency´s reports, which need to be clarified in order to exclude the possibility of there being military dimensions to Iran´s nuclear programme," he said.

I was relying on the news report from MSNBC that said the IAEA confirmed they had the ability to make a nuclear weapon. Even if that is not true, my posts still remains valid, you just have to use a little common sense. Try and focus on the whole forrest, not just one leaf when it comes to discussions about world events, okay?

Do you think thye have goals to build a nuclear weapon? If they do, what should we do? What if we get intel that they have it, Obama attacks, and ooops, they don't? Come on now, open your eyes a little dude.

Yea, I did kind of missed the purpose of your post. I see your comparison between President Obama and President Bush.

No, the far left won't call him a liar. Of course the right will.

I've been reading a pretty interesting book lately. It's called 'The Persian Night, Iran Under The Khomeinist Revolution' by Amir Taheri. I strongly suggest you folks to pick this up if you do enjoy some reading material and wish to better understand these people running my nation.
There are some scary quotes and even scarier footnotes. Obviously, some will say it's biased and whatnot, but as an Iranian who believes I am well informed, there is quite a bit I'm picking up. Did you know that Ahmadinejad's real last name is Saborjhian? His father changed it in the 50's to denote a blood link to that of the "prophet" Muhammad. Basically, to denote that he is of Arab descent. These nutjobs proclaim on a daily basis that they will wipe out all non-believers of their religion including other Muslims who do not believe in the Shiite way. Their sole purpose on earth is to kill and be killed for Islam. They ARE trying to get a nuke. Obama won't try to stop them, he will not act but rather react.

So now that secret nuclear facilities have been uncovered and admitted to by Iran, Obama has decided that he will ask for sanctions from the UN. I sure hope while he is going for sanctions that Iran doesn't have more facilities and is closer to a nuclear weapon than what we already know about.

We all know how UN sanctions really are a big deal to idiot rogue dictators, so I am sure it will work. LMAO!
