Nothing on Kennedy?

The libs have already started to use his death to pimp their health care and power grab bill.

And in other news, my firearms are rejoicing that one of the most liberal politicians is no more.

In completely unrelated news, Maker's Mark just announced a massive surplus.

The untimely death of MJ trumps that of Ted in terms of importance to the U.S. and the rest of the world.

Old ted will get his 7.5 minutes (its down from 15, he's just not that interesting) and then we'll be right back to MJ, american idol, and all of the other "more important" issues.

I'm not the kind to kick a man when he's down (or passed). I prefer to remain respectfully silent.

edit: except for Michael Jackson. May Satan rape him every day.

I think it will be longer than you think.

After all, the liberal equivalent of the pope has just died. The mainstream media will mourn this and use his name to push their socialist agenda for years to come.

I'd rather have Michael Jackson than Ted Kennedy. To the best of my knowledge, I never remember MJ killing anyone...

You know I was just thinking when I read this that he had died yesterday that our hard core right wingers would kick old Ted in the teeth when he passed. I don't recall DFWstangs lefties doing that when Reagan passed. I vote right but I must say some of you, my right wing constituents are lacking in the class department. I didn't agree with the mans politics but I respected the fact he served in our Legislature. May he rest in peace and my prayers are with his family.

That could be because Ronald Reagan wasn't a murderer.

Regardless, I for one haven't really said anything bad about Ted since he passed.

Reagan didn't have his daddy cover for him, and never (as far as I know) let someone drown in the back of his limo.

Come on Travis, the liberals (not only on this site) were vicious about it. They love when a conservative dies.

I'm thinking Mary Jo Kopechne wasn't waiting on Reagan when he "arrived". Those two men had nothing in common, other than years in the government.
