Nice!

"Was your gun loaded?"

He looks like a retarded redneck hill billy to me....

I understand the average person thing, but who are most of the viewers going to listen too.. a man wearing a bright yellow t-shirt, or a man in a suit with a manicure....

His attire is irrelevant since I listened to his point before I chose who to listen to.

Yes, I'm the same way.

Most of America though, sadly is not..

Would you go to a work interview wearing a yellow t-shirt and jankey ass hair. Or a nice suit, fresh hair cut etc.

I think that is half way what he is saying is the problem.

We have the right to bare arms. Why do we "not" just because a president is around?

Last I check the constitution didn't state...

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. Except around a presidential function.

Chris Matthews got owned. He tried his hardest to link this guy with "Birthers" like it's the worst thing imaginable to question the presidents place of birth.

Our government needs our help, they have an addiction. Our government is addicted to our money. Since they always have our best interest at heart it's time we return the favor. We need to have an intervention, for the governments own good of course. It's just irresponsible for us to let people with a known money addiction continue to handle our money. Lets have an intervention now so we can help these sick individuals.

Ditto. Same goes for the body guards of Michael "Bowling for Columbine" Moore.

My guns love being naked!

The SS is freaked out because they probably know the heat that the BHO brings on them.

LMAO just caught that... Pretty bad when I did a direct quote underneath that says bear. I really should proof read better, but I'm at work and these liberal government programs aren't going to pay themselves!

And for the record, I like my guns naked too and un-holstered.

Sheeple associate guns with violence because the media tells them to!!

Props to the guy for standing up to matthews the way he did. At least he was well-spoken enough that he didn't look like some dumbass gun-toting lunatic. He was obviously a normal citizen like all the rest of us that are fed up with the direction our government is headed... well played sir.

So you think just because someone wears nice clothes they in apperance are the better person. I know of plenty of scum bags that look nice because they are dressed up doesn't make them any less of a scum bag though.

No I don't think that, most of America does though. Appearance is a first impression for most people. If you look like shit, most peoples first impression is you are shit.

Let me start out by saying that I do not agree with Chris Mathews political views or his interview tactics. I also own guns and believe in the right to carry though concealed seems a little more appropriate for civilians in public. Not to mention the fact that some one could come up from behind and take your gun with open carry.

All this guy was trying to do was prove a point about our eroding civil liberty's. carrying a gun to a peaceful protest especially with the POTUS nearby is poor judgment plain and simple. The police and Secret Service have enough to do putting there lives on the line everyday without having to worry about this guy or somebody else in the crowd taking the gun away from him.

Those who say "someone could come up behind you and take your gun", why isn't this happening with LEOs? We are only 1 of 4 in the US that don't allow open carry. Something that needs to be rectified.

I know I will get flamed for this, but even I think that guy should have been removed, if that was bush and there was a guy with a gun there I promise they would have taken him out of the crowd in a heartbeat. I am shocked they didn't do it this time. That is the first time I have heard or seen the SS allow a gun that didn't belong to them or the police, fbi, etc...around the POTUS.

It was a unregistered gun. In New Hampshire you don't have to register. The gun toting patriot said in a interview that he was never once asked for his ID during the entire incident. New Hampshire sounds pretty nice.

Do you think somebody with the intent to kill him would be carrying it around in the open, knowing it's drawing at least some attention to him, or would he have it concealed until he was ready to use it?

Well, he should have picked a better sign, that did not make reference to the need for possible removal of political figures by force. That i'll give em. He could have just as easily made a different good sign that had nothing to do with that, and no one could have challenged him.

As for obama being there, that's just tough shit if he don't like it. It's the law, assholes. That man is allowed to carry that gun in state. If you have a problem with it, then don't fucking come to his state, where he may be. End of story.

That argument never holds up. It's been used against CHLs at least a dozen times, and there are plenty of statistics to shoot it down. The simple fact is that those of us that choose to exercise our 2nd Amendment rights are generally far more even-tempered and mentally stable than people like you believe (or would like to believe).

He said something along the lines of (I'm not willing to hear another word from his fat mouth again) of Guns signify power and violence.

Wrong, motherfucker. Guns signify defense. I feel sorry for his "relatives."

I'm one of the biggest road rage, yelling, shit talking people you've ever seen and carry my gun in the car with me when I leave town (probably a good idea to carry it with me in town as well, I just feel a bit safer in my city than somewhere else) and I've yet to pull mine on anybody. I'm not sure if I'm more even-tempered or not, but there's just no use to even pull it unless you think, or know, that your life is on the line. I guess that's called... common sense, or maybe intuition.

good to know you can make a sound judgement call when angry, but some of these younger people today, I don't know. So many are quick to pull a knife, gun, bat, crowbar, etc... when something makes them mad. Knowing how talking politics gets under some people's skin makes it a bad mix IMHO.

And no I don't think everybody who owns a gun will pull it out once angered, hell most won't pull it ever outside a shooting range, but the guy in that vid with his sign and gun I would not feel safe being there.

Stop believing all the political nonsense espoused by the press and government.

If the head USMC sniper trainer couldn't make the shots LHO is reputed to have made using the same gun, there is no way LHO did it. LHO never even qualified expert marksman much less was ever sniper material.

The last president murdered by guns was shot by more than one shooter from more than one position, and ballistics show neither shot was fired from the book depository.
