Senator Fuckface

Looks as if the piece of shit that is Al Franken is now Senator Franken after Norm Coleman conceded defeat. It's official: We're now completely fucked.

Now the dems have a 'super-majority' and can override a republican filibuster.

In a few years we're all gonna look around at the ruins of what was once the most powerful nation on the planet, and we're gonna try to asses blame. When we do, I'll bet nobody will remember voting for Obama and his minions.

And it will be written on those history books with a large amount of sunshine and roses added to it.

I see no reason for Al Franken to be a U.S. Senator. That being said, I bet he does a better job than Norm, "HR1959," Coleman. He can get fucked.

Give me a dollar.

Steve is here only to see who will respond to his mindless inquisitions. Were he truly interested in gaining knowledge he would read the above posts which clearly answer his 'desire to learn'...

Democrats holding 60 seats. And to think Al Franken's political career was started by just poking fun at Rush Limbaugh.

So, the Democrats now have a blank check on policy. That's a frightening proposition in this liberal climate. However, I feel that is wrong regardless of who is the dominate party. That's too much power, period.

This is a sad and foreboding bit of news. However, the already much maligned Republican party isn't being helped by dumb fucks like Gov. Mark Sandford. It just demonstrates the hypocrisy of the "moral" right, further eroding what little is left of the Republican party.

It's difficult for me to continue to support conservatives and argue against the left when the right is equally irresponsible and slippery.

I think the plethora of perceived monumental failures of the Bush Administration and incredible momentum of the Democratic party has mortally wounded the GOP. I do not see people making a shift back to the right like we saw after Jimmy Carter. I think there will be lots of disappointed and angry people in 2012.

Newt Gingrich is dead wrong. This nation is no longer center-right.

What's interesting, is that it took 8 months to decide who won that seat. I wonder if they voted today, if the outcome would be the same? Franken makes Pelosi look like Ronald Reagan. It will be even more of a circus than it has been, but opinion polls show that the tide is turning a bit on Barry and his crew.
