Taxing Health Care benefits

Quote:
But now that Congress is beginning to consider ways to fix the health care system, a concept once pilloried by Obama is being placed on the agenda by a key member of the president's own party.

Under current law, any money spent on employer-provided health plans is excluded entirely from employee's taxable income.

I thought he wasn't going to raise taxes on people under $100,000. I could imagine that me and my employer pay a couple hundred a month. At 20% and $300 a month, that would cost me $720 in extra taxes each year.

It's the natural progression to fund the 634M down payment on health endangerment for all.

Obama is a liar. Pretty simple. Politicians will continue to tax until they shed blood.

535 + 2 vs 330M. I'd call that a revolt.
