This is ridiculous. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

What is it with all the "Amurkuh" haters since Obama was voted in? It's like you all were sworn in allegiance to a government that ran rampant through the world brutally murdering folks without a single moral qualm. Now the other side has taken power, as if there actually is another side, and all the stops come out on all the inauthentic governmental dissent from all the Bush apologists. This is weird.

I remember being fully behind our last president, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Hell, I even admit I kinda liked the guy. To add to that, it took me a long time to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that he and his associates were truly evil men, and deserving of my dissent. I initially had inclination to trust the people that had been elected to serve this country, but the truth eventually came out and using this information I formulated a newer, different understanding of what corruption in government can do to our country.

Now I am no blind follower of Obama, supporter or apologist, but you guys haven't even given him a chance to actually ruin anything he puts his stamp of approval on. Sure there's been a few questionable moves by the new administration hither and thither, but come on, this is America. If you don't initially give a new party in power the benefit of the doubt from the beginning what kind of a contribution are you making to society? Is there no longer any faith in government? What kind of a man can you call yourself when you set aside those objective judgments and condemn some politician based on their politics alone? Truth is, thus guy is more of a statesman than some of us have ever seen in office.

I guess my point, and question is that I have been saying many of the same things alot of you say about the current president about the last administration, but every Bush apologist was quick to rifle off some overused political hate speech in return. Considering the fact that the real powers that be have merely put a different face on the same game of corruption and evildoing, and given the fact that nothing has really truly changed about the way the evil men at the top of the power structure operate, how do some of you feel about the arguments you dished out in defense of Bush now that you all act and speak out the way you do against Obama?

Is there reason for this blind prejudice? I mean the word prejudice strictly without regard to race. I mean I know this metroplex is like the buckle, in the bible belt, but come on! Doesn't the president deserve the benefit of the doubt that all of you Bush apologists tried so hard to force on the people that saw the truth for what it is? Bottom line is, this guy would have to be a monumental fuck-up to do a worse job than the last one did. That much is a given.

This collective negative popular attitude toward the president before he has had any chance to really fuck anything up could end up being more destructive and counterproductive than the blind support you dished out in the name of the last corrupt administration, "Amurkuh", and it 'allies' over the last two terms. You guys sound just like all the bush-bashers and 'libs' that you guys spent the last 8 years talking down to like they were lesser humans.

Congratulations, you've become who you've 'always' hated.

The way I see it, we've always been on the same side. Against big government and what not. They've just set up this false dichotomy for us to take sides and battle it out. I dunno, I could be wrong, but the more thought I lend to it, the more it make sense..

Just sayin.'

Boy oh boy you sure use long sentences to say to hell with Bush and his Bunch, and Dam give my boy a few more months before you judge him.

I don’t know about anyone else, but all during his campaign (and I listened to all of his speeches) all he talked about was change, change & more change but he never laid out how we were to pay for all those changes. Strike One: Now after only 2 Ĺ months we know how we, and our children & grandchildren & great great grandchildren will be paying for these changes. Strike Two: He cannot talk without it being written out in front of him at all times. (I saw one of his town hall campaign meeting where his teleprompter went our and he hemmed and hawed all the way through it.)
Strike Three: OBama & wife have no idea how to treat foreign dignitaries (Example~ During British Prime Minister Gordon Brown & his wife’s visit they has no idea how to act, or what kind of gift to give. While visiting the Queen Mrs. Obams skipped the curtsy reached out to shake hands, Obama just bobbed his head around. When he was introduced to the Arab King he bowed to the waist like he was an Arab King , everyone else just shook the Arab King’s hand. Strike Four through 99: Look how much money he has given away in only 2 Ĺ months and it look’s like he will get 3.6 trillion more to give bonuses to fat cat friends that put him in office.

Yes YOU ARE WRONG. And it has only been 2 Ĺ months and that is enough for intelligent people!

We donít need to restore the American Dream; we need to wake up from it.

When the rich run out of money, itís over.

Smile it makes people wonder what you are up to.

They think giving money away they dont have is the answer and just print more to make up for what they dont have. Meanwhile they are borrowing money in amounts that will america will never be able to repay on its current path so they have resorted to backing up those loans with american soil...yes im faithless, pissed off and scared shitless to being sold out to fucking india and china, fuck those shit hole countries!

The trouble with doing something right the first time is that nobody appreciates how difficult it was.

I dont have shame for this country, but I have shame for this guy who seems to be our leader that has shame on our country and continues to apologize for us and tell us how fucked up our country is. Who is he?! Im not sorry for shit. Our country is great, we should be proud, not apologize for our past.

It looks like SUX2BU is going to get a break for a bit. The fact of the matter Zara is that Obama would not have been voted into office if he was not black (Blacks voted in record numbers). Let's be honest about that. He is fucking us all with this "stimulus" package and now he is trying to get the rest of the world to throw down some skrilla (I had to use SUX2BU's word...it seemed appropriate considering). He is being told this is the right thing to do by people he put in place. This money is being given away with no oversight (go ask a bank what they have done with the money) and WE are paying for it. The country is worse off now than when he took office. I know, I know...give him time you say. How much time should we give him? As long as shit continues to worsen or stays stagnant he will keep saying "America, (looks at teleprompter) this will not be a quick and easy fix. It (looks again) will take time." The truth of the matter is no ones REALLY knows if this spending will make a difference. We can all speculate, but no one knows. What will happen is our grandchildren will be paying for this "stimulus" package, that's guaranteed. Dude, I don't even know you but I can tell you that you need not tell us to be ashamed of ourselves because we don't agree with your liberal views. You are the stark minority here in your views so that might tell you something. Also, a great many people on here are relatively intelligent, so you don't need to try and impress us with your outdated words and run-on sentences. They make you look like a failed over-achiever. Not taking shots at you dude, but you can't attack a population of people with skewed views that you spin to make yourself look like a scholarly wiz-kid. "Just sayin'..."

Statesmen? As the late Nell Carter would say, Gimme a Fucking Break!

You take that teleprompter away from him and let's see what's really rattling around inside that head of his. You know the teleprompter that he stays chained to at all times.

And did I read that right. You think he is a better Statesmen than anyone we've seen in office? Step away from the crack pipe. Put it down and walk away. I promise it will be OK.

Oh, so I guess we were the ones that were cutting people's heads of and showing it on television? Come on. I haven't seen anything that has changed with that. Obama has sent 17,000 troops to Afghanistan and has not pulled ANY out of Iraq as of yet. He says he will pull them out by 2010, right? Oh, wait, all but 50,000.

So why do you trust this new president so much? Why should we give him the benefit of the doubt? A man that goes to France and apologizes for being American does not deserve the benefit of the doubt. America has made the world into what it is today. With out America there would be no France. Not just France, many nations would not survive without America. Exactly how much do we spend on other countries, charities, military support? Funny how this is so easily forgotten or dismissed. You're damn right I am one arrogant son-of-a-bitch. Fuck this guy.

From what I have seen you post, you are obvioulsy blind.

Give him a chance? Unemployment keeps getting worse and housing is still in the shitter. The dollar is being devalued. He is instituting "Mandatory Volunteerism" with HR 1388 and S277. He doesn't make any sense without his teleprompter or scripted questions.

I have absolutely no faith in government. Not under Bush and not under this retard. You know who else had no faith in government? The founding fathers. Name me one fascist, communist or socialist government that has worked ever.

Statesman??? GTFOH. Please give an example of statesman-like behavior.

Good, so you believe in the Bilderberg group too? Again, I say I have no faith in the "government."

He is doing a good job at fucking things up.

Now all that aside, if I am reading this right, you believe there is a group, above Obama, above any single nation that decides what happens. If this is so, I am with you on that. I agree with the change of face, same goal statement that you made. There are no "sides." D vs. R doesn't exist. It is merely a distraction.

I didn't believe all that stuff when I first saw it. If you think about it all and put things together it becomes more clear.

You will get no disagreement here. I just meant that if they had not voted in record numbers he probably would not have gotten in. Let's be clear that there are many many white folk that assisted in getting him there.

Zara took a lot of time to say what he did, but it least it looks like he thought it out, typed it, re-read it, then posted it.

I didn't need to take a lot of time to say what I did, because nothing Fudgepecker "thought out, typed, re-read, and posted" LOL required much effort to read on my part. The fact, according to you, that he has to re-read what he posts before he posts it only shows that he is mentally slow, just like you are pampers.

You guys should do the same, because on this thread, WAY more than others, you all sound ignorant as hell.
I'm starting to see why you fell for the 'ol Obama ass-raping. You're dazzled by posts with lots of words.

I was in here the night of the election and read most of the threads. The night the moderators had to make a rule against the "N" word. It's simple, he's a black guy.

Best thing I have done for my blood pressure was putting both those Douche Bags on ignore, like talking to a tree stump.

This doesnt make much sense. Most people want Obama to fail? If he fails America fails.

And Obviously the poll is skewed since the majority of the people didnt vote for him even though he won.

But yeah, obama sure is shoveling it. People wanted change so bad that they voted for this pile of crap. I really think that the voters were voting more against bush than they were voting for barry. Voting on emotion. But look where that got us. I've heard a lot of obama voters say that they regret their vote now. But we're stuck with him for the next 4 years. I expect a voter revolt come the next election, possibly as soon as the next congressional elections.

Not a difficult assumption, considering how many people responded before I did.

Seriously? Is this real? Because for those of you who think I'm making an ass of myself by pointing out the low intelligence level of responses in this thread, this is how I view this thread.
