Market rally ahead?

Oil is up to $45 barrel.

Heard some traders on tv this morning say that they are expecting a market rally.

My financial guy says that bonds are up right now, which is usually a precursor for a market rally.

Interesting.

I noticed gas by my house has been dropping 1-2 cents per day for the past week. Any bets that it's back up to last week's prices when I drive by this evening?

Yeah, I would too. However, what I would rather have is a whole year of steady gas prices.
