At least this time, its because he didn't like Obama's policies instead of tax evasion.

He also mentioned he's against the White House taking over the census bureau.

yup

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Gregg-...-14344534.html

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Republican Sen. Judd Gregg of New Hampshire abruptly withdrew his nomination as commerce secretary Thursday, the third Cabinet-level pick scuttled and leaving President Barack Obama without a full team to lead the government.

He cited "irresolvable conflicts" with President Barack Obama's handling of the economic stimulus and 2010 census.

Gregg is Obama's third Cabinet choice to step aside, the latest political stumbling block in the first weeks of his presidency.

Gregg, 61, said he informed the White House "fairly early in the week" about his decision.

"We are functioning from a different set of views on many critical items of policy," Gregg said in a statement released by his Senate office.

Asked in a conference call with reporters when he informed Obama, Gregg said, "I'm not going to be specific on the timing."

"This is more of a question of just being me," he told reporters.

This is amazing. Can Obama look any more of the idiot? Three people he chose have tax problems, a fourth won't do it because of conflicts..... he really didn't think this through, did he?

He didn't think anything through, and neither did the part of the country that voted him into office.

Well...sooner or later, Obama had to have tried to hire someone with some sort of ethics/soul/backbone.

...and he went looking for a Republican.

I saw a Charles Krauthammer article the other night, and he finally came out and said he thought it would take Obama about 6 months to make a big mistake, but it only took him 3 weeks to show how inept he is.

I suspect that he's observed the way that republicans are handled by this administration (ie: cut out of major decisions) and decided to get out while the getting is good.

He is a car salesman, plain and simple.

He sold most of the country a dream, just like the salesguy selling the dream of owning a great car, but neglects to tell you about the big a$$ balloon payment at the end......TAXES in his case.

yes, my reactions to reading my own post.... in that order.

I wonder how long till impeachment. He's pissing people off so rapidly, he's eventually going to make the wrong person mad that knows some dirt on him.

I know there have to be a few still lingering around here. I sure would like to hear their defense of the Messiah.

The sooner, the better for the country. Obama behind bars for corruption would be nice too. I'm sure some of his friends who are wearing "Obama 2008" shirts would be glad to have him with them.

He won't be impeached until the congress is changed. They love Obama, he represents everything the left has wanted for 20 years.

That short attention span of people is going to come back to bite Obama on the ass. When things don't improve and in 5-12 months they are asking for another 'stimulus bill' people will become very rabid.

I'll predict that the bullets will fly if that happens.

If it happens, I think there needs to be a movement to arrest and charge all parties that voted for the Stimulus Bill for treason.

If Pelosi hangs in public, someone may have to pull down on her feet. She falls into that social x-ray category.
