Thumbs up My sincere Thank you to Obama...

Thanks Obama, I learned how to build my first AR-15 in only a few days. If it weren't for you winning the election I would of never gotten around to this.

Thanks! even though this might be the last positive thing i see from you...

AR15.com is your friend...they have detailed instructions for most (if not all) of the assembly process.

So, just buy a kit and get started!!

Who has the best price on the kits right now?

I just ordered a Del-Ton M4 kit w chrome lined barrel and M4 feed ramps for $570 shipped. I'm sure there are cheaper ones out there though.

Thanks for the link to the video's. That will be extremely helpful when I get my kit.

They did not say how long it would take to ship. It is being discussed in this thread though. Anywhere from 3-5 day or 4-8 weeks depending on what you order. It is mostly speculation though.

You guys are making me feel inadequate with your AR-15s.

I just got my little sig p229, marlin .22, and 1965 winchester 30-30.

Looks like I'd get my ass kicked in a gun fight with you crazy conservatives.
