Constitution lives

Supreme court ruled in favor of Gun Ownership in DC......I got worried after the last week worth of stunts the SC has pulled with Gut bay and Death Penalty for child molesters

How am I supposed to get my own T-Shirt with all those different numbers?

Thank God. Still amazing to me that there could be 4 judges in favor of the ban. Which constitution are those fucking morons reading?

Finally..........some spine

Finally............some spine from the Supreme Court on gun rights. The issue could only have gone 1 of 2 ways, and the other would have been bad for everyone, I believe they knew it, and it could only go the way it did once the issue was finally and conclusively addressed.

werd... and if Obama gets elected, we may not be so lucky next time. I'm all for a way of hiring and firing of judges subjected to the people. These run away judges swear to uphold the constitution, but then vote against it. WTF....

Constitution lives only in the aspect of gun rights, but it is getting gutted completely when it comes to privacy and warrantless wire tapping.

You can't champion one part of the constitution, and then turn a blind eye to GW and congress when they are implementing laws like FISA and the Patriot Act.

Of course not and im afraid this is just the beginning of a soon to be long battle of what the constitution is all about with this ruling. I just like the fact that after yesterdays ruling and last weeks ruling there is still a glimpse of hope that SOMEONE still respects our founding fathers. I put it in here as well slow cause I was not only referring to the gun control laws but also the other stunts of the SC over the past few weeks. Figured if we got a good debate going on the SC in general we would have more to talk about than guns. I know how people like to keep things in their "designated" rooms
